Great and easy! The ring I purchased was not what I was expecting it was way to small and I was disappointed that it was non refundable. So now I'm paying for a ring that I will probably never wear.

Nice item but I'm honestly still skeptical, as all tags were removed and Gucci does not officially list the company as a reseller. This made me feel as if it could be counterfeit or used, and customer service was not able to help - this information should be listed somewhere on the website at the very least.

Customer service kept me informed about the delay and reasons for it but nonetheless my daughters birthday gift was weeks late and now-is not even something i can give her. Not a great experience...
