OUTSTANDING SERVICE: I placed an order and was later contacted by JR Dunn with news that the item was not in stock, BUT they asked when I needed it, and they made special arrangements to ship it to me EXPRESS with no extra charge. The only disappointing thing was that it was supposed to arrive sooner, so I missed my friend's 60 b-day. She received it late, (didn't have it for her b-day or celebration) but she loved it.

The item I order was out of stock at the store so Steve Pryor called me to let me know that it would not be shipped in 48 hours as it stated on website and he would have to get it directly from Gucci. It took about 10 days but it was worth it when it did arrive. Beautiful piece of gold jewelry and even better was the 20% sale they had going on. I will definitely be a return customer.
