I bought this watch for my son who is in the Marines as a gift. When I purchased it they sent me an email stating it was not in stock but will be in, in about 3 weeks. I was fine with that and I received it faster than that. They were very professional on the phone and in email. I am very pleased with the packaging and how secure it was.
The watch is exactly what I was looking for. The owner was very attentive and courteous to ensure that we did not overpay for expedited shipping and handled the order fast!

I Ordered a Pen, that so happened to be out of Stock. I received an Email from Cheryl letting me know that the pen was out of stock, but she suggested a couple other options.
