Feel look I was fooled by the online picture of the product. It was shown for the beads and chain to have more width. I realize the reference photo was not indicative to the actual product.

The product I ordered wasn't in stock when I ordered it but Cheryl Pracker was able to secure the item within days for me as I needed it within a specific timeframe. She was wonderful to deal with. Thank you Cheryl!

You were the only site to have the Gucci necklace that I was looking for. The price was excellent, the same as the Gucci store would have charged, no upscale. The necklace was package in so many boxes, it could have survived a hurricane. Overall excellent experience from this jeweler, thank you.

Excellent customer support. They have done a good job of communicating; one of my items is still backordered. And my overall experience is not rated as highly because one of the items I received was the incorrect item. I am still waiting for that correct item to be shipped. However, the return was handled quickly and smoothly.

The item I ordered was temporarily out of stock. They notified me right away and asked if the new shipping time would work, which it did. Very nice to deal with, and my order arrived securely packaged. I would order from them again.

I tried purchasing this product 5 times and failed, when I try to communicate through mail, i didn't recieve a single response. It was a worst experience as i want this product as soon as possible but not getting any help from your side on how to purchase it.
