The live chat people were very i helpful...it was nice speaking to someone even if it was online and not a phone. The person answered all of my questions and was a big help. I saw this item while in Aruba but didn't buy it and regretted that as soon as i left Aruba. Once back in NJ I researched the jewelry and got the same deal at J. R. Dunn. The jewelry arrived quickly and was wrapped very nicely. I would definitely shop here again.
Order came in great condition and very quickly
Great company, service, products HOWEVER this was a $4000 bracelet THAT UPS left in the door and did not require the normal confirmation receipt signature. If I said I did not receive and requested a replacement you would have lost a bracelet. Suggest returning back to the old policy of signing off for a high cost item.
Great experience for first time customers. Exactly as described online and great value for the money. Packaging was outstanding and not only protected the ring but gave no indication of what it was to reduce theft.
