Excellent product, nice price, great service
J.R. Dunn remembers you and puts you on their client list. I have received personal emails and once they agreed to apply a discount that normally was only available to in stock items, because an item had gone out of stock after I ordered it. They honored the discount because I was a repeat customer. They carry the top brands and have access to beautiful fine jewelry from independent designers.

Band was top quality at a reasonable price. Shipped quickly once it was available in inventory. JRDunn customer care contacted me via email within a few hours to inform me that the particular product was backordered and accurately estimated the ship date. Only had to wait 10 days to get the product.
Packaging was excessive - UPS box over another UPS box, containing sealed plastic bag then a tissue wrapped package that had a box with the watch band. Watch band was in a carrying case. Love the care for a quality delivery, just concerned about the waste and impact to our environment.
JR Dunn was amazing! They helped me get just the right item. The one I was looking for. Then, when UPS messed up the shipping, they made it all right. They went the extra mile to make my anniversary great!
