Ordered a travel bag on 7/19/17. Still in process. 10 days go by Went to live Chat got the "WE are waiting on the Manufacturer to send". Just got off Chat again8/2/17 as soon as I showed displeasure I got the anything else I can help you with. Not to mention the bag is not even available on their sight anymore. For small trinket items they are ok. If it is a larger purchase, watch out. I tried to buy a seat from them, and they say "usually ships in 2-4 days". Been over a month and still no seat. No help from customer service, so cancelled the order. They also tried to charge me twice for the seat, which cost me money to put a hold on the payment. Also charge a card over $500.00 with no authorization to do so. Now waiting for days to get my money back. Extremely dissapointed in JP. Can't trust them either.

I have been J&P Cycles customer nearly 15 years with purchase of items for my club and myself over 30kUSD. Now it seems they don't want my orders anymore... I wanted urgently tires for my Steet Glide, placed order and found out that it was cancelled! When asking this from chat I was told it is possible scam and need to place new order via paypal. Doing that just to found out again from their website (no mails nothing to me) that order has been cancelled again. When asking from their super $%# friendly chat, I was told that I have cancelled the order...? Never sent anything there. When sending mail to their customer service (with attachments and explanation) got one line back saying I have cancelled order... I ordered tires from ebay and no more J&P anymore!

Two different orders, one with spot light that advertise sealed beams and were not, bulb burned out on second ride! J&P said to send it back and they would look at it! Paid $122 bucks and then had to order bulbs because I didn't want to be without them for an upcoming ride! Second order was for a windshield that did not fit as advertised, customer service rep had no idea what he was talking about! It was easier to order a replacement from somewhere else! They had no intention to help in any way! I will take my business elsewhere!

Order black straight pipes, shipping was quick (live in Ontario) came with scratches on ion pipes but would not be visible when i installed then, 2 hours to install on bike, looked good sounded better 5 minute run time and black bubbled of f pipes, contacted JP via email, no response, 3 hour to reinstall my old pipes a few hours trying to contact JP, will be sharing my experience on every websiite and bike meet i attend

• Note: With any new exhaust, we recommend changes to carburetor jetting or use of an aftermarket fuel injection control module.
• There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to any discoloration. Blueing is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc. and is not caused by defective manufacturing. No refunds on exhaust pipes once motorcycle is started unless there’s a manufacturer’s defect.

I have been a long time customer and gold club member. I have endured the companies attempted use of drop ship sites tolerated their horrible costly and time consuming mistakes. I recently went into the store to purchase items and attempted to use my gold club card and was told it had just expired 34 days ago and that my points disappear 30 days after expiration.
The clerk could do nothing. The next day I called customer service to see if they could remedy the problem and get my credit back so I could renew my membership. She advised that my points were gone and she would sell me a new membership. At no point was I alerted of the expitation and the renewal date despite them having my email and phone number.
I guess I will no longer be using J&P as they apparently have no concern for the people who keep them in business.

I do apologize. We do send emails to our customers letting them know membership is about to expire. If you didn't receive it, we may need to verify the email address we have for you on file. Once membership expires, we do not have access to points that were lost.
I ordered a Burly Fairing from them, the site said ships in 2-4 days, 6 days later i called them and asked why i haven't received a confirmation on my shipping, they told me they don't carry that part and the vendor they get them from hasn't received it either, i don't know how many times this changes hands before it gets to me, but 3 times is way to many. They didn't try to save me as a customer, i was polite and told him i ordered this, i was told i would have it by a certain day, that's not going to happen now, what can you do? He said all he can do was apologize. No discount was offered for the inconvenience, gift card or anything, i canceled the order and i will shop else where. Don't sell a product that you don't have and have no idea where to get one. My money and time shouldn't be put on hold while you figure it out.
It would have helped if the "one in" handle bars had been 1'. They 3/100ths over my stock bars. Now my clutch and brake clamps do not close and my switches don't seal. My risers don't fit either.
On May 1st 2017 I ordered a DYNOJET POWER VISION TUNER from Jpcycle. It was posted on the site 5-10 business days! Ok first thought not a stocking company, larger ticket items are ordered when they get an order. (I could do this out of my garage). 12 days later called for update, was told that it would arrive at there warehouse for Monday 15th of May. I called Tuesday giving them a day to receive the product and was told that I would not get the product before the 26th of May. Wait that is 25 days from order, or living in Northern Michigan 1/5 of my season gone waiting on part! I told the CSR that I was told that three of them would have arrived at their warehouse on Monday the 16th. "Oh yes they were but our receiving department is very busy and will not be able to receive them till the 26th!" Dumb excuse, stupid answer and the guy is talking to himself as he is looking it up and says something stock received and shipped. I asked them to cancel the order on the 16th and was told it takes two business days to cancel the order. No its pushing one button on the computer and its done at the speed of light, kind of like you taking the money from my account!.
No I hear rumors that they are having cash flow problems and this is why things are slow and money is not getting back to the account very fast. Companies like this are important to people like myself that live a min of an hour and a half from a dealer or parts company. I ordered the same part on Amazon and received it in two days free shipping. I hope things improve at Jpcycle. I have another open order with them but we will see, could be my last.
I ordered a Siisy bar for my motorcycle on April 7th. I made two inquiries in separate dates on it arrival. Both times the reps said they couldn't supply info because they were have computer problems. After five weeks of waiting I called back and was told the order was on back order. Than I was offered a discount because I was canceling my order. I'll never by from them ever again.

I bought a windshield and it did not come with the hardware, I got a front fender and after I tried to install it bit could not get it to fit right, and of course that my problem. They just don"t care, be very careful when you order because they don't care.

Ordered floorboards from here. Got them and upon looking at them found out I needed the original stock controls in order for to work. I have jardine foward controls on the bike. So I sent them back. No damage what so ever. Get home today and they're on my porch. Open the box and they said no return because of damage. They hustle throwed everything in the box with nothing to protect the product at all. Called them said once returned back to me I can't get my money back but we can send you a 100.00 gift card. Payed 283.00.

Received a Memphis Shades windshield and it looked worse than the one I took off my bike after 6 years of riding. Scratches everywhere, dirty, and rattling around in a very. Cheap box and almost no packing. Would never order anything from J&P again.

Ordered a Bell Bullitt helmet that was on sale for $319.99 originally $399.99. Noticed that it had not been shipped. Contacted them via online chat. The rep tells me my helmet was backordered and it could be a month until it ships to me. OR I have the option to exchange it for a different color. I decided to wait. Get an email a few days later and it says that they have cancelled my order due to the helmet being discontinued from the manufacturer. I contact them again via telephone and they say that they cant exchange it for another color like they said before. They say I have to pay full price for the other color, and the one that was in stock when I purchased has been sent to someone else. After much persistence the rep tells me they can move the price down to $349.99 but I have to do it now on the phone with her or no deal. The rep then tells me "They cant go lower because that would take away from their profit margin". I refuse. The worst part is before I placed my order, Revzilla told me they would match that $319.99 price that day.

I bought tires from J&P and they arrived in good time with out a hitch. Then it hit the fan.
Found out the tires after installations ($250.00) were bad and to boot were 3 years old.
After contacting J&P they basically said not our problem contact the manufacturer.
Repeated e mails and pleading my case to J&P they gave me the runaround for 2 months and then ignored me for 6 months would not return any E-Mails or give answers. Not even say they were are sorry.
It was too bad sucks to be you.
So I had to pay an additional $250 to re install new tires from a local dealer.
Lost 2 months of riding time this last summer due to the run around of what to do!

It may cost a bit more but well worth it!

Gave Jp Cycle three different opportunities on three different big orders and each was messed up with billing, slow shipping, and excuse after excuse. They do not stand behind what they ship, and you can go to the manufacture direct of the parts they sale and talk to them and they dont have good things to say about Jp Cycle. Will never buy so much as a sticker from this company for any of my bike builds.

I made the mistake of signing up for their "gold card membership". I have had nothing but issues from day 1 with this company. They told me an order was not placed so I had to place it again and I decided to go somewhere else then all the sudden weeks later that order went through?! What! So I had to go through the process to return it. Decided I would try once more on a helmet and face shield. Received my item fast and love it. Two days later got a shipping confirmation for THE SAME ORDER. Charred my card again UNAUTHORIZED! What a scam! Now I have to go through this same process with them! I should have learned my lesson the first time. Scam artists. Do not order from them!

Ordered tire got charged for tire twice they say I had ordered the first time and card was not accepted which was true so redid again and accepted but they sad they had hold on my order which they held 149$ then held another 149$ intill I received the item. Makes no sense
Terry, I apologize for any confusion and headache surrounding your order. What you are seeing is the initial pre authorization and then the actual charge. Depending on the bank the autho can show out of your account like an actual charge, but those generally fall off in 3-5 business days. I hope this helps clear up the frustration.
My experience with these people is exhausting and frustrating. Only takes seconds for those folks to take your Cash and who knows how long to get it back. The only thing received from them was lip-service full of you know what. No Items ever received and after cancelling the order based on incompetent behaviors, they said it could be two weeks before a refund happens.
Based on there performance to date, I doubt they can get that right either.
They'll probably lose track on returning the items to themselves.
