My helmet purchase became an issue in that, after taking appropriate head measurements, the helmet size was too small. Return was easy and I had the correct size just a few days later, albeit damaged. Again, easy return and a new helmet in my hands in just 2 days. The key to all this, personal customer service at the company, the ability to TALK to a human being who understood my problem and had the ability to correct it! I can't say enough about this service. I'm so tired of going through a dozen prompts to finally reach a person who barely speaks English and has no idea what a motorcycle is! Kudos!

Look I ordered a oil change kit for a Harley with gaskets and everything was shipped separately for some god awe full reason. Should have held on to everything and shipped it in one box. This is the 5th time this has happen.
Wil, I do apologize for your frustration. We ship from multiple warehouses. If all items are not located in the same warehouse your order will come in multiple packages. We do not want to delay the shipping by having all items sent to one warehouse then shipped to you. We truly do it to expedite and take care of our customers as quickly as we can.
These mirrors work great and replaced the same size mirrors on my 1984 FXST. They were reasonably priced for the pair and look great.

Purchased the Lyndall Z plus brake pads. This is the second set of pads I purchased for my 09 Ultra Classic. They wear nice and leave little brake dust. The wear on them are good along. The pads grab well and they have good stopping abilities. I used anti seize on the holding pin and the insert retaining clips, I haven' t had any issues with them making noise. Definitely worth the extra money. Fast and free shipping
I ordered 2 seats, 2 dash kits, 2 sets of grips, and 2 tail light kits for 84-99 harley softails. My total $1300. Grips and tail lights shipped within 2 days, 1 seat shipped 5 days after the order date, and well the dash kits and 1 seat $900 worth never shipped. 10 days later I get an email about the seat, sorry we didnt actually have it... 2 weeks later still no dash kits. The customer care chump said " I cant cancel the order for the dash kits because they could show up at there warehouse in another week or 2. F THAT. I talked to a supervisor and she got me my money back... only took 3.5 weeks. Welp I got some $20 grips, and some tail lights. 2 thumbs down and one in the rear end. JP aint what it used to be. It is a waste of time. So is the other company they pretend to be...

Ordered a Badlands load equalizer, works great and priced well
Helmet is as described, but doesn't fit as it should, in my opinion. Helmet sits very high on my head, due to thick padding. Protection is important in a helmet, but there are others (competitors) that sit lower and still offer protection.
Takes 18 days for a part to arrive, come on, it's 2023. All parts from V-twin take forever. Also, your online parts search is the worst I have used. Even if you enter the part # it can't find what you want.

Although I've hard great experiences with J&P as well, I needed bearings in time and ordered 2 day shipping only to have them arrive a week after I ordered them.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
