Had to reach out twice by phone (no response to either) and 5 different times by email on a warranty issue with a helmet; the last of which was finally responded to. From that point on their communication and customer care was unimpeachable.

Was installing new bar and replacement cables for bars, unfortunately when tech found dealership had done a poor job of doing the last bar upgrade years ago. Charged for a wire extension, but they had just soldered in short pieces of wires. Totally useless. Had to get replacement set of wires and switches. But look good. Also, installed a new set of Control Covers I had gotten from JPCycles in past. So bike is back on road. New Twin Power Clutch I had also gotten from JPCyles. Thanks.

Paid for overnight shipping, box sat for 3 days. Not happy with then. Will consider Revzilla now Im the future. Customer service never responded again after requesting it be handled.

Was to ship in 3-5 days ended up coming two weeks later, I had to go the the Harley shop to get one so I could put my bike back together

Easy to order. Easy to pay. The only thing that could use a little work is there surch engine. Sometimes even having the part nber won't help u find what your looking for

Windshield is a great dark tint. Fit the bike well.
Very easy to install. Works great with my short legs. I only wish the part had a larger weight limit (only 250lbs limit)
I ordered a set of Kuryakyn Peg extenders.
The price was good and delivery on time.
However, the product package had been opened and the packet of never-seize missing. That was no problem as I have never-seize so I installed one side.
When I went to install the other side I found that the peg pivot bolt was stripped.
I didn't want to have to uninstall the first side so I just cleaned up the threads and finished the installation

When I ordered the exhaust website, said three available and will ship 3 to 5 days. Called six days later still had it shipped. Called over two weeks and still haven't shipped. So I canceled the order. Went to Dennis kirk. Got it $12 cheaper and within three days.

The seat I ordered arrived and looks great! The problem is that after installing and testing it out I found that it positioned me more forward than the stock seat. When I inquired about working out some kind of solution to the problem with a company representative I was told that because I had installed and ridden the bike that the seat was considered "used" and as per their policy it could not be returned. I told him that I understand the policy and was asking if we could work something out to our satisfaction. The answer was sorry no. My question is how am I supposed to know if a seat is going to work for me or not without trying it? I'm now stuck with a seat I can't use.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
