Sent via UPS which got the package close, then they handed it over to the post office which delayed delivery 2 days. UPS does this all the time. If we sent this smaller package directly thru USPS I would have gotten these bulbs on time. Nothing wrong with J&P cycles, just UPS.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
