I ordered these on a thursday or friday and they arrived around noon on saturday.they were for an S&S evolution big bore (113 cu.in) engine,which are hard to start.i immediatly installed them,which took about 20 minutes.so far they have worked like they should.the only drawback is,the buttons are chrome and get very hot.i just activate them with gloves on.so far,no problems and the got here a lot quicker than expected.thanks.

Great experience. First time purchasing outside of harley davidson directly. Same item from harley davidson would have cost me an additional 1000 dollars for harley to put said item on bike. Harley Davidson parts person directly told me the JandP was a bad option for goods...it kind of pissed me off because I was told to get my pipes from JP from banished harley techs that now have their own shop. Couldn't be happier with my items.
I was discouraged to find that I could not just purchase a full carb from j&p, but since I am familiar with carbs I decided to just get a rebuild kit.
Was disappointed to find the rebuild kit did not include a new float or any diaphragm to replace old ones.
I do not hold this against j&p because the contents were listed and showed pictures, I, myself, failed to pay close attention before the purchase.
I guess it would be great to find more complete options to rebuild, or find full new carburetor, but over, I paid a good price, and got exactly what I paid for, with pretty good shipping time, I think 4 days

As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
