After received my pacake and wirh missing items, one of the items came damage, customer support worked out with me to find out that the carrier damaged the original package and change the item into a smaller box damaging a primary gasket and missing 3 item, customer support send it another order and I just sent back what I received, gave me a incentive for the inconvenience. The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
