Absolutely worse website I have ever encountered, impossible to navigate, takes you in circles, impossible to sign in with known correct information. Ask for order status and gives you copy of the order, which is not the question.

I ordered my cap and gown for graduation with plenty of time, my graduation continues to be pushed back but my photos had been scheduled and they said my order would ship within 7 weeks. I waited well over 7 weeks only to see that they extended it until 3 MONTHS LATER. I messaged them on twitter and tried contacting them numerous times but every link for help just takes you in a never ending loop. I got a message back on Twitter and they said I'd be able to cancel and after I asked if I could use that option they never responded even though I could see that they were reading my messages. They have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I sent my ring in with a check for a simple warranty service. They cashed the check, and then that was all I heard. I called to ask where it was, and they said they shipped it to the wrong address and it was being returned to them. Over the course of two weeks, they promised to overnight it to me four times, but not once would they email me a tracking number or call me with an update. Every time I called, it was the same thing: we'll overnight it today. Are they buying time to build a replacement? Are they a total scam? Who knows; with these guys, it's all "the check's in the mail" kind of answers. It's the kind of service I expect from Big O Tires, not a jeweler.
My son's ring ceremony was on 5/23/19 and we found out during the ring cermony that his ring was not delivered to the school. I called the Monday before his ring ceremony to find out if I needed to pick it up and I was told that it was sent to the school already. When I found out during the ceremony that he did not have a ring i called jostens and was told the ring was mailed to my house. When the rep called me back i was then told that she still had the ring because the school was closed already the Friday before. Mind you they had my phone number and email address. And I also called to ask about the ring. My child was very disappointed, as well as his parents. The rep acted like it was no big deal. The ring was delivered to my house but by that time the excitement was over. Needless to say I will not be using Jostens again for his high school graduation.
It cost 20.00 for them to ship the item to your child's school in spring. So about 4 months and the items go to the school. So one trip to the school with your itmes along with 100 other kids items, and they charge 20.00 per kid. For that price you should have the items delivered to your house and not 4 months to get them
Customer service is awful and the quality of printing is HORRIBLE. Took one month to finally receive the announcements I ordered for my son's college graduation. Company will not take responsibility for their work and will not refund my money.

Recently I ordered my daughters class ring not even a month had past the unworn ring was a different color. The worst quality overpriced ring ever! Waiting for their response.
I ordered a yearbook and it didnot arrive on time, a representative said the the add-ons will arrive on time so kids can have autographed pages on time and nothing, i called many times and emailed many times as well and no answer. Very bad business, schools should work with someone that will be able to send the items on time.
My daughter was awarded a Letterman Letter and her school ordered from this company. It looks like a child cut the pattern out. Lines are not even, over-cut areas, etc.
Worst place ever! I bought my son a letter jacket back in October 2021 for his senior year and when I received the jacket it had nothing on it at all. It was supposed to have his name, the year of graduation, the mascot and it had nothing! I paid over $300 for the letter jacket. Took forever to get a hold of them about the jacket and here it is Feb 2022 and I still don't have his jacket. Then they finally tell me that they can send the stuff for me to have sewn on it or I can send them the blank jacket so they can sewn it on it! Really? I paid over $300 and know I will have to do their job... wtf! Don't pay anything from this company at all! Also if I wouldn't have had my email showing where I paid and order what I order they would have screwed me over cuz they showed that I didn't pay that much and had just order a blank letter jacket! They have no problem taking my money but they don't want to do anything to fix the problem expect have me sewn the stuff on it my self! What a joke
I ordered my ring 8 weeks ago and haven't received. My receipt says 6-8 weeks to receive my Astros championship ring. I Called them and told me to wait another 3 to 5 weeks. Then told me that they will communicate with me next week and maybe give me a refund. I communicate this to Astros management because it is not fair for us to work with pishing companies like this.
Overpriced and full of flaws from online order to invoice:
1. Under promise and over deliver
2. Send update on orders as they are going through chain of custody.
3. Christmas Delay- Maybe a document that somewhere stating that your normal lead time is 6 and that is why you made it 8.
4. "we are not Amazon" - maybe you should try harder to be at least similar to online retailers if you are going to require an online form. Your online presence looks like something from 1999.
5. Saying a customer combative, argumentative, circular, prejudiced, is not something a customer should hear after dropping $400 on a coat.
6. You have resellers, they are not your employees - this should be clear.
7. Don't give out estimates if you are not going to be close to that date.
8. Invoices and Order Forms do not look like they came from a "multi-million" dollar company - Invoices and online quotes should include T&C and lead times. Invoices transferred from "online portal" incorrect and missing info.
9. Log calls, have a history to look back on and read to the customer.
10. Provide a way to ship directly to the customer.
The service you provide does not even deserve one star.
Our yearbooks didn't come on time before school got out. My eighth grader, who is going into high school, didn't get her friends and teachers to sign her yearbook because of their lack of being able to do their job. 6th grade was quarantine and most of her friends were homeschooled in 7th. Surely 8th would be better… Their whole middle school life was messed with bc of Covid and Jostens can't do their job to get them their (expensive) yearbooks. They are on the list of those who have failed our children during this crazy time. Shame on them!
The proportions of the clothing they sell are awful. Crotch on sweatpants is way too low, sweaters/pullovers/hoodies have large shoulders and waistband/ribbing sits weirdly high regardless of size. The sizing is very strange in general and the only positive is soft material on the inside of clothing.
I have never given an online review for a company before, but I've had it with this one. My 4th child is about to graduate, and I STILL can't just go to the website and order a cap and gown and be done in a few minutes... Jostens in determined to sell you everything you don't want and you will have to be a website guru to figure out how to order JUST the cap and gown that is required for graduation.
I've made several purchases with Jostens only to cancel months later and order elsewhere because they never run my card information. They write down card numbers instead of swiping. Recently ordered my daughters senior package- I was told they would run the card the next day. When I called 3 days later to find out why it hadn't been put through, the woman was EXTREMELY rude and wouldn't let me get a word in. I'd love to leave a positive product review- but I've never received anything I've "tried" to order so I'm not real sure if I'm happy with product or not. I do know the customer service is AWFUL!
I don't reccomend this company. I waited 4 months to get my daughters graduation announcements for them to have the wrong graduation date and location. They delivered them to the school with less than a month before graduation. They assign a rep based off the school your child attends regardless of how terrible he is. I've complained in the past and attempted to request a different more professional rep and I have been ignored on numerous occasions. Our school rep is Ray Potlongo. He doesn't answer his phone even on his "assigned" days to take calls, doesnt allow messages. Also, when he did reply to my message a few months back it was at 2am (super unprofessional) he completely ignored my questions and concerned, He literally didn't even touch on the topic. He gave me a date and that was it, terrible terrible business. Order your announcements elsewhere.
I ordered my cap and gown in March and everyone in my cohort has received theirs except for me and one other girl. This is beyond upsetting. I was told in March that it would arrive mid April - was told last Thursday that it would arrive friday. I was told today that it would arrive at 4:30 - now I was told that it would arrive May 3rd. I wont have time to get it pressed. This is so upsetting. Its not even guaranteed that it will arrive May 3rd. Looking at the reviews and that most of the reviews are a 1... I wish I would have had another option for a vendor for Mount Saint Mary's University - Doheny Campus. What happens if you deliver it after I graduate?
I was about to order my son's graduation cap and gown and school told us to buy from Josten. When I was about to order, surprisingly I found out that Josten is not giving any options to buy just gown and cap which are the only things we need. They made a package with name card and many other useless stuff which we don't need and it feels like they are forcing parents to buy and pay $279! This is RIDICULOUS. How and why schools do business with them and not leaving any options for parents to buy from others.
I have been trying to reach customer service for over a month and no one will return my calls. My daughters ring has a flaw in her diamond and it needs to be fixed.
