I absolutely DO NOT recommend buying anything from this extremely unprofessional company. It took me almost 2 months to get my cap and gown, they sure as all hell charged my card quickly though! When my order finally got here it was completely wrong! I filed a request to have the items returned and it's been over a month and a half since this elusive label was sent out and STILL NOTHING! The people who work at company are completely useless! I had to pay $18 in shipping this morning out of pocket just to send it back and just now they are saying they are not going to refund me anything at all! I've gotten my bank involved. Seriously go to other company for your stuff.
This company has an awful website and has been just as awful to work with. Terrible customer service, which is a shame since they are the ones the schools use for these types of products.

This company has always put out great photos & great customer service! I am shocked at all of the bad press. I guess every location isn't great.
The company says you can order online, by phone or in person. The only real option is to order in person with their no notice sales rep who may let you know a couple days in advance. I called from overseas while deployed trying to order for my daughter and was told I could order online. Tne website is broken and every time you choose an option it circles back to the home page. I called the sales rep number and got an automated system telling me to order online. The in person visit to the school was while my daughter was playing in high school softball districts on the other side of the state. When i finally got a person, I was told to have her send her order package with a friend. She was already on the other side of the state when i finally got a person. The second email I sent asking someone to call me so I can place an order was responded to with the same number I have called 3 times with no help. I have asked 3 times now in email when they will be returning to the school, as this appears to be the only real way to order from this company, with no answer.
It is ridiculous that because they have a monopoly on this market we are forced to deal with this level of customer care. I wouldn't even care if they are rude at this point if i could just place an order as they are the only ones who know what cap and gown combo they need.
Please note I already emailed and explained previously that I am deployment and did not have access to the package he sent to the school.
Waited 6 extra months for last years yearbook only to find it full of errors and omissions. Don't count on any help or refund from Jostens.
Only one out of three photos taken of my son turned out. He was wearing a tie in only one picture can you not see the button on his shirt that is underneath the tie. Very disappointed with the quality and experience. Lifetouch has more options and far better backgrounds as well custom options.

Dollars for a class ring my mom bought. I don't recommend spend money elsewhere. My mom made the mistake not to check the reviews. It came through the school. I am grateful for what my mom did for me. But for a class ring at Kay jewelers is better and cheaper! I'll give updates. On how customer service goes or refund. Which I doubt.
They told me that i didn't make a payment on a ring i'd ordered back in March of 2020 and now I owe over $900 and the lady Casey told me that i couldn't cancel after 3 days? Are you kidding me? I want my money back!
I've made several purchases with Jostens only to cancel months later and order elsewhere because they never run my card information. They write down card numbers instead of swiping. Recently ordered my daughters senior package- I was told they would run the card the next day. When I called 3 days later to find out why it hadn't been put through, the woman was EXTREMELY rude and wouldn't let me get a word in. I'd love to leave a positive product review- but I've never received anything I've "tried" to order so I'm not real sure if I'm happy with product or not. I do know the customer service is AWFUL!
Last year my oldest son chose a school ring and It turned out beautiful! It hurt me to see my son lose out on everything this Covid 2020 year. When my youngest chose a tag neckalace, I knew I had to make him happy. I spent $1,800 for a Tag 10k neckace. This price included a keepsake box, taxes and warranty. I waited almost 3 weeks for delivery only to be sold a stainless steel neckalace with a small 10k gold tag. Online pictures are EXTREMELY deceiving as tag is so small! I was under the impression for what I paid, everything was 10k gold. In my opinion $1,600 for a small 10k gold Tag is Ridiculous! I could have went elsewhere and got the whole neckalace & Tag cheaper! The SS neckalace is so cheap(it's not even gold filled) the hook is slightly open and can increase chance of the only thing thats GOLD(Tag) to be lost. So NOW I feel like an idiot! Now I'm left scrambling to get money to buy my son a GOLD neckalace for this GOLD Tag. As I will not have my son wearing this expensive Tag on a cheap neckalace. Not only will it turn his neck green but he can lose the Tag. Customer service admitted it was very expensive for Tag alone but only offered I return for a full refund. A neckalace matching the fake one Josten states is a COMPLIMENTARY gift will run me an additional $900 in 10k gold. Please beware before you order a tag with Josten! I should have gone somewhere else! TOTAL RIP OFF!
I have been trying to reach customer service for over a month and no one will return my calls. My daughters ring has a flaw in her diamond and it needs to be fixed.
I graduating this year, and because of COVID-19 my class had to make due with a virtual graduation. We were told we could get a refund on the cap and gowns because of that reason, I was one of those students who wanted a refund. I already knew it was going to be a long process but this is ridiculous. They told us we would get our money mid-June, we are in July already! I email the jostens rep who worked with my school but still no response. What's worse is that my entire class still has not received our diplomas! If possible don't work with them they have terrible costumer service.
So, I was very excited to finally graduate with a college degree since I am classified as a senior adult. I wanted a nice souvenir to commemorate this milestone in my life so I decided to splurge and purchase a class bracelet (rather than a ring). One: yes the world seemed to have stopped for March and April and even some of May so the production line was down yet no-one informed me of this so I waited and waited for it to arrive. I finally called and that's when I learned that the production line was reopening and they were running behind and it would still be a few weeks. That entire phone conversation took about 1 hour with wait time and explanation time. Two: my bracelet finally arrived and I was so extremely disappointed as the lettering for the college could not be distinguished from the base of the charm. I called and I kid you not, I actually waited on hold for one and a half hours before someone ever connected with me! I spoke with the customer service representative who took my information and explained the refund policy and then all of a sudden he was no longer on the line! One would think that he would have called me back as our conversation was not yet completed and I was awaiting to be connected with the warranty department. Overall ~ it's been a very frustrating experience with Josten and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody; especially at those prices! Buyer beware.
In the beginning of the year, I paid for my cap and tassel ($16) at their Jostens booth at my school. The thing is that a confirmation email only came about 2 months later. I thought that everything was settled and my dilemma with my purchased cap was over. Then comes the time to pick up my cap and gown at my school. Jostens then says that I did not pay for my cap and tassel at all but I believed that the money for the cap and tassel from before covered the payment for the gown so I paid for another cap and tassel ($20). Now, I come to pick up my diploma and I realized my gown was borrowed and that I paid almost double the amount for my cap and tassel. I have never met a company that has given me so much grief for buying one of their products. As of today, I am trying to get a refund but their customer service takes ages to get through to.
Even though this company has hurt me so much, the representative involved with Jostens has been nothing more than kind and helpful and fun to be around as well. Aside from the representatives, this company is not something I would be happy to see if they are the ones giving you your graduation materials.
Can we just agree to NEVER use Jostens? After reading all of these reviews, I see that I am not the only one having issues with this company. It is a shame that schools encourage students to waste their money on this poor excuse of a business.
I ordered a 3 layer charm necklace from Jostens and they GLADLY accepted my money, but sent me an email a day later stating that my order was on hold because they needed more information. More information about what? They didn't even say. They provided a customer service number and would place me on hold for HOURS! It was so frustrating. How are you going to take my money and put my order on hold with NO WAY of contacting you? It is so ridiculous! I hope Jostens goes out of business.
I was signing yearbooks for my friends, but it kept saying loading. I tried signing in, but it said invalid credentials.
I tried refreshing and using other devices, but It still didn't work. Too bad 1 start is the lowest I can rate, it definitely deserves a half star.
Absolutely worse website I have ever encountered, impossible to navigate, takes you in circles, impossible to sign in with known correct information. Ask for order status and gives you copy of the order, which is not the question.

My daughter ordered her cap n gown for high school graduation online using my credit card... not even 24 hrs later cancelled the order by phone. A month and several hour long hold times later... we got a refund... BUT Jostens only returned 79.00 not the 101.00 that they charged... mind you this order was cancelled within hrs of being placed. So looks like I will contact my credit card company after all. I will NEVER recommend anyone to use Josten's
