I sent my ring in with a check for a simple warranty service. They cashed the check, and then that was all I heard. I called to ask where it was, and they said they shipped it to the wrong address and it was being returned to them. Over the course of two weeks, they promised to overnight it to me four times, but not once would they email me a tracking number or call me with an update. Every time I called, it was the same thing: we'll overnight it today. Are they buying time to build a replacement? Are they a total scam? Who knows; with these guys, it's all "the check's in the mail" kind of answers. It's the kind of service I expect from Big O Tires, not a jeweler.
