Poor customer service! Took my money for the cap and gown months before graduation refuses to release states "it's at school discretion" did school pay for it? Was this mentioned ANYWHERE on the purchase slip? Big NO to both! I'm still waiting for a supervisor call back! Ordered one from Amazon for pictures for $19 came in the 2 days later! Overpriced crap! Never again. If I could I would give a zero rating!
Just placed an order for my daughter's yearbook despite ALL the RED Flags!
1. Unable to reach a customer service representative via phone or chat.
2. PayPal extension ‘broken' so forced to pay site directly.
3. Feedback link is also conveniently'broken'.

I ordered a number of items for my senior and did not receive the $18 mini tassel mascot. I have tried email them so that they can rectify their mistake but cannot get to an email do circular linking that takes me back to the page that I started from after following all their prompts. So I tried calling and was on hold for OVER 4 hours. See attached image. However when you call them after hours, they're sure to let you know, via voicemail, that they are no longer in the office and "can be reached during normal business hours central time". The irony in all of this is that their website, that's takes your orders and money works just fine. I will never use these service ever again!
Girl, let me tell you, I ordered my daughter's Cap and Gown a whole month prior to graduation and it's still not here yet. Can you believe that? The expected delivery date is the week of graduation. Like, come on, they're moving slower than a snail. I mean, seriously, they need to step up their game. I'm thinking of telling DISD to find a new provider. But hey, if you're ever in the same boat, make sure to order way in advance. Don't be like me and play yourself. Trust me, you don't want to deal with this kind of stress.
Place a cap and gown order and for 3 days have been trying to pay for it. At least 10 different calls with no resolution. Some can find the order some cannot and they keep transferring me to other departments. I entered all my cc info online! This company is so awful!
Overpriced, deceptive marketing. "Essentials" package included essentials plus other unnecessary items for the low price of $300+. Items can be purchased separately but it is hard to navigate to on the website and is not obvious. A lot of families can't afford this and then what, their student can't participate in their graduation ceremony? Absolutely disgusting and everything that's wrong with our country.
$40 for a high school yearbook is ridiculous, especially when my high schooler has only been in ONE picture each year for the past 5 years. Now I have 2 in high school, and my freshman might be lucky enough to be in TWO, if you can even pick them out of the tiny team photo. The school doesn't ever have a time set aside for kids to autograph each other's yearbooks, so they may as well just check their yearbooks out on classmates.com. I know Jostens isn't responsible for the number of pictures, just stating why I feel the price isn't justified. The added service fee doesn't make a lot of sense to me…it's not like they have to spend time getting a special order together…it's a mass-produced yearbook. Plus why all the extra white space on pages? Why not enlarge individual photos so we can actually see them?' Yearbooks all look formatted the same anymore…boring.
This company has an awful website and has been just as awful to work with. Terrible customer service, which is a shame since they are the ones the schools use for these types of products.

Don't be fooled into purchasing "Express 1-2 day shipping", it will still be 4-6 weeks because they include manufacturing time before your shipping time and their manufacturing time runs like molasses! Very disappointed with Jostens and happy that my last child is graduating from college so I don't have to deal with them anymore!
Never again would I spend another Penny here... once you make an order oh, then that's it there will be no more communication from Jostens... they try to direct all questions to the school, who has no idea... I was just reading that your books were dropped off at the school in October without any email to let the customers know... it is now may and still nobody knows what the heck is going on... I just kind of feel like they should be dealing directly with their customers instead of the schools, considering it is their money they are receiving and not from the school... arrogant terrible place with very low reviews, but yet they still have all of the contract with the schools... I guess once you have a monopoly on something you don't have to care about customer service no more... do not waste your time or money here, they do not appreciate their customers
It started with the HORRIBLE grad photo "sittings" in which my daughter was herded like cattle in and out of, with terrible results. Ended up using a different company, not contracted with her school. THEN came the grad announcements. A portion of there were for the wrong school. The initial shipment arrived pretty close to graduation. I explained the situation to customer service and said the remedy would need to be expedited and overnight shipped so we could get them in the mail in a decent amount of time before graduation. NOPE! Eleven days later and I STILL do not have them. I have been calling daily for the past 4 days and getting absolutely nowhere. They blame a different entity each time I call. At this rate, she will be graduating from college by the time I get these!
The worst customer service. I tried to cancel my order, but they don't allow cancellations. I paid for express shipping. That basically means nothing. Graduation is tomorrow and I haven't even receive my announcements.
Jostens is the worst company I have dealt with in a long time. I placed an order for graduation attire and 5 weeks later still have not received my order. You cannot e-mail and when calling you are on hold for at least an hour or more. Then their customer service is awful and they can basically tell you nothing. So awful to mess with people's graduation. Stay away from this company!

Ordered my sons cap & gown was assured it would be delivered on time it was NOT! In fact didn't get it until over a week AFTER Graduation!
Their "customer service" is a JOKE, the supervisors are as uninformative as the reps are.
Called in 5/29 was told my order would be refunded it is now 6/6 and STILL no refund. They blame the bank yet the bank has never received a refund as my bank does not place holds on refunds.
Do yourself and child the favor of going elsewhere. Unless you want their day ruined because that is what Jostens is known for... they create lasting memories but sadly no good ones!

Contacted customer service again, still no refund. I'm now being told that it can take 5-10 business days from the time a refund is approved! This meaning 30 days for a refund!
Contacted corporate no response. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau(Jostens has not responded to that either)
I just received my daughter class ring, I order her ring but didn't tell her, just said don't worry about it I got you. It came this week and I'm heart broken, its so small I literally can not read anything on this ring. I cant give her this ring, $522.00 gone, it took me four months to pay for it, I cant afford another ring. She deserve better. I didn't, graduated but she is, I feel like crying. Shes going to be very disappointed, possibly humiliated by her friends. Everyone should put their review on FB/instagram etc.
I like how I was charged a 5 dollar service and delivery fee even though it's getting delivered to the school with 400 other caps and gowns. Enjoy the $2000 "delivery fee". Also I can't even submit feedback on their website using the button to "submit feedback". Good job!
We order our diplomas from Jostens and every year - nothing but problems. One department appears not to communicate with another. Its as if they rely on their automated system so much that humans can't function. Took them WEEKS to get our ship information right then they shipped to the wrong address THREE TIMES. Idiots. Looking for a new supplier. Any suggestions?!
My review is for the Colorado Jostens. I'm so disappointed in their customer service. After waiting 2 weeks for my daughter's graduation announcements, I called. (They make it practically impossible to find a number to contact.) They did not send them, they did not offer an apology, a discount or overnight the order. After 10 more days, they arrived wrong. The wrong color. I called again, again with no apology, or refund. They want me to drive to them and get what I ordered. Such an expensive waste of my time and money. I will use Shutterfly for my son's graduation.
This used to be an American company which they took pride in being US based. They now outsource the majority of their call center to the DR and it has slowly gone down hill. They don't understand what we're talking about and don't understand the importance of graduation ceremonies. They're focused on their pockets not the integrity of the company. As a long supporter of Jostens it saddens me to see the company deteriorate to nothing of integrity.
Your employees also deserve a warning when getting canned. A short last minute meeting, really?
I would seriously give this company 0 stars if I could. Ordered Cap and Gown for my daughter's Graduation since Nov 2022! And they keep delaying the delivery. Called their customer service which is **** several times to know when it will be delivered and they don't have the information, keep sending me to different sales representative. They are seriously the worst company I have ordered from.
