I received a shirt with Euless Trinity logo on it and the letters were orange instead of red, so I let them know and they made another shirt and it was just like the first one. So, I contact Jostens again and I was told that it's the machine. Jostens is a large company, so why is their red, orange? Also, you can see the line around the logo, where they ironed it on! This should not happen! I am very disappointed!
Yearbooks are now a minimum of $75.00. If you have a senior in high school and need to pay for senior portraits, this is outrageously expensive. In addition, they make sure that all the add-ons are already selected and you have to unselect them in order to NOT pay for even more. They start out saying it's actually $85.00 but that you can get a coupon for $10.00 off if you hurry because there is only 1 left. I'm glad my last kid is finishing this year. I will NEVER use them again. We have to because the High School is contracted with them.
My daughter ordered her high school graduation announcements and to say that the quality was subpar would be extremely generous. I have literally never seen a professional photograph look that bad. It looked like they took a photo and cut it out with a pair of scissors and glued it on and ran it through an old copier. I've nicely asked them several times for a refund and spoken to someone over the phone and I am told that we must send back the cards I sent them proof of what they look like, how come we have to pay to send back the cards that is ridiculous.
I paid for my hs class ring 3 weeks ago. They told me it would ship no later than May 13. Called them on May 13th and now they're saying it'll definitely ship next week. Such a disappointment especially knowing it only takes 6 weeks to make the ring, now 10 weeks and counting.
Please beg your school not to work with this company.
And if you are forced to, do not be fooled into ordering anything you feel is extra. Everything is orderable individually BUT their website makes it time consuming to find the one thing you need.
My order is over 13 days late and there is no tracking on where it is. I've been emailing them every few days but they never respond except with a short universal message for my school. Some other students have got their stuff and while I understand why its late they kept making promises after everything shut down for our school to have gotten everything almost 2 weeks ago and to contact their representative. I have not gotten any response from said representative and would just like to know if they have finished or started to ship my order. Currently I feel like they stole $114 from me and I will continue to feel like that until they communicate with me and send me my order. I don't care that its late I just want it in time for grad rehearsal or to at the very least receive what I paid $114 to get. Jostens has horrible customer service.
I ordered graduation announcements, to send to family and friends, when they arrived they were invitations to the ceremony. In what school are you allowed to invite 40 guest to the school to the ceremony? I ended up throwing the entire order in the trash after being told there were no refunds on them. Jostens is a over priced, uncaring company that bleeds us dry due to school connections and they could care less about the customers,
Cap and gown orders are outrageously expensive for the quality of the items; the fabric feels like cheap curtains. There was a choice of three colors - approximately 1/4 of the students (out of 520) did not receive the color they requested.
Yearbooks are expensive and delivery is slow - one week out from graduation, still not delivered.
Josten's has sent over half of my graduating class (2021) the wrong graduation regalia. They were "out of stock" of the colors needed for our gowns and hoods and made the decision to change the colors without contacting my school or anyone in my class to discuss this. Their 'resolution' to this is to send us the correct color on back order, which they acknowledge will not be here in time for our graduation. At this time, they are refusing to provide any refunds. Do NOT use this company for any orders, their customer service is terrible and they provide very unreliable products.
How is this practice of being the only cap and gown provider not a monopoly endorsed by the schools?
Not to mention, you are required to buy the upswell of their invitations that look like crap.

Wanted a refund from making payments on my daughters class ring and decided to cancel it do to my bill being a different price every other month. A month later still waiting for them to process my refund. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company…..
Only one out of three photos taken of my son turned out. He was wearing a tie in only one picture can you not see the button on his shirt that is underneath the tie. Very disappointed with the quality and experience. Lifetouch has more options and far better backgrounds as well custom options.
They are the worst pictures ever. This year they not only didn't show up for our school picture day, they never released the ones they took after they rescheduled picture day. Now they've told our whole school we all need to do retakes. They are not friendly when myself and other parents have called to complain. Parents have emailed the school board and have asked them to get rid of Jostens.
I paid 139.00 for graduation announcements that are useless now that everything is cancelled, but the worst part of it was that I thought I was getting a cap and gown in the package I bought. No! That outrageous price didn't even include a cap and gown. When I finally figured it out I ordered my son a cap and gown and it was never delivered. I waited on hold for 90 minutes to make sure that my ordered would be delivered on-time. I finally gave up and hoped for the best. My son's graduation has come and gone and no cap and gown has ever arrived. This is what the person who FINALLY got back to me said, "We're sorry we inconvenienced you." Took my money, never delivered and they don't care. Awful company. I never do negative reviews but this was egregious!
Called today after an 18 minute on hold wait the representative took even longer to resolve their error. The rep took over 6 minutes on hold to find my account and when I asked to expedite the mailing I sat on hold for almost as much time. Bad customer service.
I placed an order with my daughters school for a graduation ring, and today I called to make sure they received the order. Both the women and man representative were so rude, I wanted to cancel my order while we were on the phone. I honestly felt as if I was bothering them. I would never order from them again.
I was signing yearbooks for my friends, but it kept saying loading. I tried signing in, but it said invalid credentials.
I tried refreshing and using other devices, but It still didn't work. Too bad 1 start is the lowest I can rate, it definitely deserves a half star.
I wanted to leave a review, because when I was making my decision I went in search a reviews and was hard pressed to find any positive feedback. Everything in my transaction went perfectly well and the ring turned out fantastic. The price was good quality is top-notch and the ring was delivered within the time frame that it was promised. I couldn't ask for anything more, I would recommend using jostens for a class ring.
The original ring I purchased was stolen 25 years ago so I contacted Jostens about making a replacement. I did the order online and had to cancel the first order. I called them am money was refunded within a few days. I had accidentally ordered a medium instead of large. I redid the order and marked my calendar. It arrived 4 days earlier than expected. The ring was perfect. Don't use the sizing tool app.Order a ring sizing kit from Amazon or someone and use that. The sizing app is not that accurate. Just order a medium or smaller for a woman and large for a man. They don't give actual measurements on their

Okay so I never write reviews and this is actually the first time I'm doing this but I had to. I ordered my cap and gown March 13th and it still has not come in. It's May now and my graduation is in 2 days and if I don't receive it by tomorrow I won't be able to walk the line for my college graduation. I'm extremely disappointed because I have called Jostens 3 times and every time they tell me they are shipping the products now. This was supposed to be an exciting moment for me but now I'm stressed and want it to be over. I hope Jostens fixes their customer service and shipping because future grads should not have to go through this.
