First of all dont make people wait over a month for an item that's on back order and have rude customer service when a customers plans get ruined with gifts because " we will not place an order for these items till the end of the month" and that's have I have already waited 3 weeks!
I don't know why the school continues to use this place they never answer their phone and if you are able to get someone to answer they act like it's a problem to speak to you they have an attitude the entire conversation and treat you as if you are stupid when asking a simple question I'm so glade I will never have to use this place again they are by far the worst business I have ever had to deal with in my life! I would give them a big zero on everything
I purchased a jacket from this company and I went by their size chart to make sure it would fit because they don't offer a refund or exchange. Well let's just say it didn't even come close to fitting and my husband even tried it on just to be sure now keep in mind he is smaller than me and it didn't fit him either. I emailed the company and they said they would give me %50 off another size... REALLY! They did a great job on the lettering but I'm out $50 and I have a jacket that I can't wear or even give away.
Took 4 weeks to get my daughters grad announcement order. When it finally arrived, I received two other schools grad cards, not my order at all. No jostens customer service on weekends, so now I'm left with nothing to invite my family and friends to my daughters graduation... thanks for nothing jostens! Refund immediately m!
We ordered basic graduation announcements a month ago, paid for express shipping, and haven't received anything. I made multiple phone calls/emails to the company but finally ordered from another source. We received the other company's product in 48 hours. The money and time I spent at Jostens was wasted. Please learn from my mistake and go straight to another company.
Can we just agree to NEVER use Jostens? After reading all of these reviews, I see that I am not the only one having issues with this company. It is a shame that schools encourage students to waste their money on this poor excuse of a business.
I ordered a 3 layer charm necklace from Jostens and they GLADLY accepted my money, but sent me an email a day later stating that my order was on hold because they needed more information. More information about what? They didn't even say. They provided a customer service number and would place me on hold for HOURS! It was so frustrating. How are you going to take my money and put my order on hold with NO WAY of contacting you? It is so ridiculous! I hope Jostens goes out of business.
This company should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered cap and gown for my child's graduation and they added $12.00 service fee. Really? You are doing nothing extra that sending it to my child's school along the with all the other students cap and gown. This company should not be able to sell.
AWFUL with employees they have terrible conditions and don't care if they have a meal they need to work right through it the money they make they make you do all this work but at your risk! They have mixed up so many of our orders it is not funny how you send an item to the wrong items to the wrong customer all the way across another state. Half want to help get it back like it is my fault
Jostens preys on high school students, selling them metal and plastic "stones" for many hundreds of dollars. They get schools to sign a contract with them, letting students out of class for a "ring ceremony" if they cough up serious money for a trash ring.
My problem isn't even that Jostens is overpriced garbage. It's overpriced garbage, but the real problem is Jostens customer service.
Jostens told me I could upgrade my high school ring to a college ring. I mailed in the ring and did all their process, ready to pay even more for an "upgrade fee." A month later, they tell me they can't do it because it's not 14K gold or sterling silver. Such a waste of time.
This is the worst company ever for a college ring, I will never ever use this company ever again in my entire life. I order a ring for warranty they took my money right away before even shipping the ring on April 18 22 and then said the ring would ship June 4 22 well guess what they said they have wait another two weeks for the stone to get shipped from Germany. Wow are you kidding me and I had to call them because of of there horrible customer service. They take your money and forget about you
I went through 5 minutes of removing every possible add on, which this company was so kind as to automatically apply, only to have to pay 81$ for a cheap $#*! book, need 2 different "added fees," and learn that apparently whenever you try to enter credit card information the site crashes. Words cannot describe my unfathomable loathing for this money grubbing, lazily made, $#*!stain embodiment of capitalism. I cannot believe this is the company with a monopoly on school yearbooks.
The photos weren't even cut, nether from each other nor from white background.
So for $30 I basically got a sheet of paper with 2 pics printed on it.
Unfortunately, they were our school provider for school picture day
So I didn't have choice.
Overpriced and bad service.
My daughter ordered her cap n gown for high school graduation online using my credit card... not even 24 hrs later cancelled the order by phone. A month and several hour long hold times later... we got a refund... BUT Jostens only returned 79.00 not the 101.00 that they charged... mind you this order was cancelled within hrs of being placed. So looks like I will contact my credit card company after all. I will NEVER recommend anyone to use Josten's

Last year yearbooks came in in August. Graduation was in June. No explanation, opportunity to cancel, discount, nothing. Un fortunately the school chooses the company yearbooks come free. I had 2 students in the high school, 1 a senior who never got a single signature from teachers and friends. I know some businesses are understaffed due to Covid. If that is the case we should be told. I stead inquiries are ignore. Phone numbers are given that just put you into a loop or queries with no way to talk to a person. They are right in picturing a lone student under Celebrate as last year that's how yearbooks were celebrated. Alone.
Ordered my sons graduation announcements and all I got was a QRC code that I did not order. I ordered the actual paper cards with reserve the date. Called them and they said no refunds and if I wanted to place another order for what I want it will take 10-12 days to get. Hello graduation is June 6th. This was ordered in November. Not a happy customer plus they were rude. And will not offer and refund. So I am out the money for something I didn't order. BUYER BEWARE
My School (Thomas University) chose this vendor to supply our degrees (diploma) and cap & gown. $350 mandatory payment to cover both. My name was misspelled on the diploma and it was shipped in a tube. I tried to identify my school's representative and could not do so. I contacted them via their webpage and received no contact other than a customer service survey. The school responded, but still cannot provide a date when I might expect to receive a corrected diploma. Mistakes happen, but when a company takes two months to get it wrong, they should own it.
If you can avoid doing business with this company, you should.
Check you invoices, Parents!
Compare you invoices to what they provide your student when ordering - each rep does their own deals! The numbers do not add up and then they say that they are "using an outside company" for those items and they can't. Where is that reflected on anything you provide to parents and students?. It should still be reflected! You need to be honest with what you are selling - including ALL amounts, service fees, FULL reflected parent deposit amounts on accounts! Buyers beware and be prepared to get the full run around! We need to stand up to companies who continue to railroad consumers.
I purchased a graduation Gwen from this company for my masters and made a mistake in the order, when I called to correct it, customer service member answered me and said he could not do a partial cancellation. He said he will cancel the whole order and give me a refund in the meantime I need to make a new order. I started another order and paid for it $128, assuming they will refund my previous order. It never happened I called multiple times they kept me on the line 55 minutes with nothing to be solved. Thank God I contacted PayPal and give me a refund for that amount that I lost. This company has no reliability their customer service incredibly terrible and they will get you nowhere. Don't use them ever.
My first order never arrived and i received a UPS notification they had sent my package to someone else in colorado. They acted like they were doing me a favor and shipping me a new one at "no cost". When I finally received mine, it was dented on the top frame. The box had no damage and perfectly wrapped. The company shipped me the thing damaged. The coin was off canter. Also the website shows a tassle. There is no fine print that says the tassle is not included. I assumed since the picture shows a tassle, that I would have a matching one with my associated college. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to your local shop like micheals or hobby lobby, etc.
Ordered senior photos, the picture quality was garbage. Images weren't sharp or clear, like the preview photo. Attempts to contact the company failed. They will not return calls or emails. Don't waste your money.
