Got a fantastic deal on a Tumi Arrive with fast shipping and arrived in new packaging. Enjoyed the purchase so much I went back to their site to buy my son a Tumi backpack. Will search Jomashop first for other purchases in the future.

I have purchased products from this website for awhile now, every single item is exactly what's expected, (sunglasses, perfumes, makeup, etc.) legit brands and great shipping process. Highly recommend this website for high-end brands purchases!

Very bad customer service. No one answer during their working hour, very strange. I haven't received my order for almost three weeks. I am leaving the country soon and need to know when my order will be shipped out, otherwise I need to cancel my order. Jomashop is like a ghost company. The issue is not been solved due to no one respond to my email and phone call.

Appalling ruthless service!
If you are outside USA, you will not save money using their service, plus very costly to ship back goods

I wasn't made aware of 20 percent customs and import bill I would have to pay when the watch entered the country I am in!
There was no option when purchased watch. I just had to pay 25$ for dhl and the total came to 301$
They emailed me a few days later about taxes,
I emailed back and said I assumed it was in final price with DHL, and could they please cancel order
Now they hadn't shipped it m as it had been 5 days, so this takes a minute reversal on credit card, and if they weren't so rapacious they would do it!
But they refused!
And then immediately started the shipping process.
I sent another email of complaint, saying I could get the watch cheaper where I am, with added customs and import tax that I was not made aware of when I purchased with them!
I heard no response. The watch shipped and had to pay 60$ extra!
To ship back( as they refused to cancel order, prior to shipping and their mistake for not informing me of 60$ extra) would cost me loss of most of tax I paid out and big shipping charge and so not viable) wasn't possible.
End result, I could have purchased Watch in this country, cheaper and far quicker and returned it, if there were problems.
First and last time, I will ever use this service!
If you are in USA, you probably save some money with them on a watch, but no warranty!
If you are outside of the USA,using them is not worth it!
A very rude and ungracious service!
I will stick to Amazon and Ali express in future!
They have learnt of simple rule 'keep the customer happy, and he comes back and back and back'
Jim's shops policy, is take your money and after that 'ignore you'

You would not believe how bad of service I got if I wrote it all out as I have elsewhere. Bottom line: they sent me one watch which almost immediately stopped functioning. And another watch, they told me for weeks that it was on its way. They eventually cancelled my order, gave me a measley $5 coupon even though shipping is $5.99 at least for a similar item when I had free shipping the first time. Oh and then they still haven't even refunded my money and first tried to say I did not get charged. I produced proof and the customer service guy said oh we'll process it. No extra apology for saying "you were NOT charged" to me, calling me a liar. I strongly recommend you buy your watches elsewhere. This place has been my single worst experience with a business this far in my life. Just the pure amount of time being jerked around is very annoying. Avoid this place. BAD BUSINESS.

Jomashop is a large online store that sells not only watches, but jewelry. I like the large selection and fast free domestic shipping my order M*******.
Also they have very good prices, especially for the holidays. I will be ordering from them again.

Was leery of online ordering from a place I had never heard of. Item received as advertised. Very fast processing/shipping. Unbeatable price and excellent return policy. Would order again without reservation.

Original brands at affordable prices. What else is needed? Tracking number is provided quickly, and the online support team is responsive if a question emerges. I'm really looking forward to make additional purchases in Jomashop!

Since I have found Jomashop few years ago this is my primary choice for watch seller. Already purchased 4 watches from them and everything goes smooth as a butter, just as it should be.
