They say that three times is a charm. I say that is an incorrect statement, I have ordered from this company four times! The quality, service and the merchandise I received was impeccable! From start to finish it is a smooth transaction. Even if you have to get a hold of customer service it was a breeze and they respond extremely quick. One of the percent satisfied!
I knew the price was too good to be true and when I smelled the cologne I understood, it is a fake. The Acqua Di Gio smelled like the cheap knock off cologne from the flea market. They want a 8% restocking fee and you lose shipping there and back, that's how they scam you out of your money. All the positive reviews probably paid for bots and are generated. Don't be fooled like I was!

This isn't a white glove service but no one beats their prices. One thing - shipping is free, however, if you need to return an item, not only to you pay to ship it back, they will also charge you the cost of the original shipping. WTF?!

Purchased a watch that cost over $4000 but returned it as we were told by the manufacturer (OMEGA store) that the watch was not waterproof/defective and would cost hundreds to fix it. Returned the item to Jomashop with the test results as evidence, they still claimed there was nothing wrong with the watch and questioned the methodology as to how OMEGA tested it. We were charged a restocking fee. They did not provide their evidence of the test results so questionable on what basis they claimed the watch was not defective. The unresponsiveness as well the difficulty in making a return, not to mention the lack of integrity is astounding. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Once you have created an account and selected the watch you are wanting to purchase everything is smooth sailing after. Jomashop is really a great company that offers designer watch for a fraction of the retail cost but the value of their product is the same b/c the products are REAL!

My Citizen watch was delivered on time at a great price. However, I tried to contact customer service to get help in setting the (radio controlled) watch. I was not able to get through by phone or by chat. The watch finally set itself three days later. Customer service is questionable.

Jomashop stocks a lot of watch brands and usually at prices which are way below that of the authorized dealers. I bought my first Swiss Made automatic watch from them and I couldn't be happier with my purchase or the service from Jomashop. They had quite a lot of watches out of stock, but you can ask to be notified once they are available.
