I bought a Fossil watch for my boyfriend for is birthday and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The deals on jomashop are the best around and the watch came in great time! It came in all of its original packaging. The watch works flawlessly. Jomashop also has great warranty on all of the watches as long as you register, which I did just in case. I also called customer service to see if I could change the sipping address once I the watch had already been shipped and the customer service was very nice and helpful. Overall, I would not hesitate to buy from here again.
The watch I purchased went on sale two weeks after my purchase but they did not want to price match it to me! Within 3 weeks of wearing the watch (twice a week) the watch band broke but once again I was turned down the service.
I have been shopping with Joma Shop for many years now and have always received great deals. They are genuine and very efficient in their service! However I would like them to update the stock for Omega Constellation, many of the products are out of stock.
Purse and watch were exactly as described. I paid for expedited shipping, but because the watch was back ordered a week, they refunded shipping for both all together and still expedited shipping when it was available. Great prices and I will continue to shop here first!

I learned about JomaSHop from my friends. They recommended placing an order without worrying. I studied the products, found what I needed. At first, I was not aware that I have to pay the delivery fee. It was a little inconvenient because the order amount was not much higher than the shipping amount. But that didn't stop me from registering my order. And a few days later, the order was at my specified delivery address. I really liked that the website informed me every day about the stage of delivery.
You can work on shortening the deadlines a little, everything is perfect.

I was very disappointed that the watch opening kit that I purchased did not come in a case as it seems that all of the other kits you offer do. I then searched your site for a case to purchase but was unable to find any.
Excellent quality and service. Very competitive prices. The watch is flawless, very durable and attractive. The 4R36 movement for this watch came very accurate, only +3 seconds a day. I would buy another different Seiko Monster, but Seiko apparently discontinued the production of these. I would not hesitate for a second to buy another, obviously if I find it at a reasonable price, like the ones offered by Jomashop.
I purchased a watch from jomashop. The watch stops if it is not worn for a day. I tried the email support. Whilst waiting for a response I contacted the live chat support, which had between 5 and 10 min waits for each response from the agent. Whilst on the live chat I called the telephonic support and spoke to an agent whose manner was aggressive and short, unable to assist. Reiterating that an email had been sent to me 20 min prior. I had to ask the contents of the email sent and what to do.
Returns policy is awful. I have to pay for shipping both ways even though the watch purchased is obviously factory defective and should be replaced not repaired, and all costs should be covered by jomashop. WIll not use this site again or refer to anyone.
I never said I had a good experience. The watch in fact does not work. I have to take it to the jewelers. Spend money to hopefully change the battery. If that doesn't work I will be returning it since the customer service person said it would take at least 2 and half weeks to get a new one. My daughter (whom it was a gift for) leaves to go back to school on Wednesday and would like s watch to take back
I have ordered 2 separate times from this company and I have been completely satisfied both times. I received both of my orders super fast and they were exactly as described. I ordered Fossil watches both times. They arrived with all of the original tags and packaging. I will definitely do business with Jomashop again and I highly recommend them to everyone! I purchased a new Tissot from JomaShop this summer. When it arrived, it looked anything but "new".
The watch box was damaged, the tags were missing, there were some minor scuffs on the rubber band, and it just did not appear new.
I was offered a $25 refund for my troubles, which I accepted, but I was not at all impressed with the entire experience. I will not be shopping JomaShop again, and will not recommend them to others.
Very unhappy with my experience. I bought sunglasses for a trip but they did not arrive till after I returned home. When I took the time to even open the package and attempting to return them, I was told I was past the 30 day return policy. Would be nice if they followed a 90 day policy like most sunglass places do.
I was shopping around looking for the best deal on a luxury watch for my husband for Christmas and when I called jewelers they said they could never meet that price and the watch was discontinued so it would take weeks to get to him. I ordered the watch from Jomashop and saved hundreds and received the watch in two days!
Jomashop is one the best Watch Sellers outhere I have bought probably 10 Watches from them they are legitimate and their customer service goes beyond in order to server you. My watches are delivered secured and Ontime.
Jomashop send damaged merchandise and when one makes the claim they take 8% of the money, that is not fair, I returned it because it has a defect and now they tell me that it is completely fine. And they took $ 480.00 from me. That is not right. I will never recommend this company. Customer service is terrible.
I had a tragic watch band failure in Europe and was horrified to discover no one where I was could either fix or replace the band... Not even upper end jewelers!... So, I bought a basic replacement to receive at home when I returned. The watch was a very good deal and arrived very quickly. Good service.
Very good experience. Have now bought 3 watches with Jomashop and each time was a pleasant experience. One of the watches I bought went on sale a few later and Joma reimbursed me the difference, no questions asked. Can't beat their prices.
