I brought a Swiss military watch, original and authentic. Very speedy mailing. Got it in few days. Also, they sent a coupon for 20dollars for an appreciation for the next purchase. These people are great. Definitely I buy from them more.

There is much left to be desired by way of customer service. I requested the watches certificate of authenticity and never received it. My emails went unanswered. The watch beautiful, but I am concerned about its authenticity. Hopefully this review will get my questions answered. M15Q8072

I got an amazing Citizen Blue Angels watch and I was delighted with the very prompt delivery, the low price, and the newness of everything in my package. I don't worry about the warranty issue. A Citizen watch isn't going to be defective and Jomashop seems as likely to fix it if it is as Citizen would be. They both have similar motives to make it good.

Tag Heuer Formula 1 is second of my sport's watch. I only wear it for 4 weeks so it is difficult to say more about it, but it is very nice, feeling stable. Jomashop's services are good, fast delivery, very appreciated.

Delivery of our order was OK. BUT there was NO WAY to activate the warranty: 1.- we could not access to our account. Did not recognize our password or e-mail (so many times used before!). So we asked several (many) times fore a password reset but are still waiting. 2.- Tried then to phone: absolutely no answer! Waited over 25 minutes.
This is just BAD SERVICE. Efficient for selling and noboby afterwards.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable yet applied no pressure. I had a moment of being unsure and she was very content with holding my order and me calling back. My Vacheron arrived as promised in perfect condition. Was looking on line for watches yesterday and happened to see mine for $5000 more.

It's already been 2 months since I ordered a gift watch for my husband and still haven't received it. I already contacted the customer service 3-5 times for a refund but it seems that they just keep passing me to others and just let me wait more. Not happy with this. I just wanted the watch or a refund. If i still don't have it by the end of the month. I'm going to report this site.
