I had been shopping for a certified dive watch when I found the Citizen Diver at Jomashop.com. I like that it has the look of a 60's era diver that's updated with a substantial but not overly large case. The Eco-Drive engine is great, no batteries to replace or winders to deal with. Take it to the pool, ocean, boating, out in the weather with no worries. Diving, too, if I decide to take it up.

Price was right, ordering was easy, shipping was fast. I have no experience with returns since the watch was exactly as described so I got what I was expecting.

Will buy from Jomashop again at some point, I'm sure.

This was a first time purchase on Jomashop for me and I have no complaints on their prices or the goods I received. I felt that the delivery was slower than expected (1 Month+ compared to 1 week stated) and their client support is very bad. The Live Chat was never available and whenever I wrote them an email, it would take an average of 5-7 days for a reply.

I am very happy with my purchase of my Citizen watch from Jomashop. The web site is great, the shipping was prompt and the product was genuine and exactly what I expected. I have zero-complaints.

Citizen will only provide factory service to watches that are "registered", and they will only register watches that have been purchased from an "authorized dealer", which Jomashop is not. This was such a great deal however that I can afford to simply replace this watch should I ever have a serious problem with it.

Great selection of watches at unbeatable prices and with varying payment options. The watch shipped quickly and was a lovely gift. Unfortunately, the watch band was damaged only after a week's wear but the folks at JomaShop were responsive, courteous and helpful in solving the issue. Despite the minor issue (which was resolved), based on the customer service, I definitely will be a returning customer.
