Excited to received delivery of the watch as a present to my wife but battery was dead on arrival. Contact customer service, offered return or have it replaced. Took later option and Joma refunded the cost. Satisfied with the transaction.

Getting a hold of a representative who was educated in the product availability. I was trying to buy a wedding gift and was ultimately stressed out because they wouldn't hold the watch for me to purchase, or extend the 30 day terms by a few days past my honeymoon. Overall would recommend them but prefer shopping places like nordstrom where they'll work with you.

They have really great communication: About shipping time and details and about their products and your satisfaction. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are well tended in the sales process. All that with really great discounts. I have purchased several items over the years from them. I always feel like I get a great deal and am very satisfied.

Bought several times from Jomashop. But 2 times got experience the items out of stock and waited 3-4 weeks. Unhappy about that. Jomashop systems should update continuosly and let customer know before purchasing. Otherwise, everything is OK.

I got the product, it was an easy purchase. However, customer service rep was very eager to get off the phone and kept cutting me off before I can finish any of my sentences. Usually when purchasing quality products, a customer is treated with a minimal level of respect and customer service. I did not experience this the day I purchased my watch.

Looking to get my husband Polarized sunglasses for a while when I saw the deal they had on Oakley's glasses I couldn't believe it. Amazon's price could even touch but they were offering. The glasses came quickly and in great condition and a nice case. Definitely will buy from site jabber again
