I have had many orders on this site. The goods are authentic and good prices but usually take a long time to delivery or got canceled because they do not have stocks anymore. Customer service is not really helpful
Placed an order on January 25,2016 and as of today March 28 I have still not received my order nor a refund. Emails were answered at the beginning and now hey don't even answer them. Her name is *. When I call customer service no answers can be provided to my questions. First and last time I make a purchase through Jomashop. Extremely devastated.

We appreciate the fact that your prices are low, but that does not mean that your customers should be talked to the way your service reps do most times. Reps act as if they are doing customers a favor; we are paying customers, regardless of what discounts we receive. Everyone should be treated with courtesy and decency.
