They charged my monthly fee from Oct. 2016 to Jan., 2017, and close the date they have to arrange payment to my Cash Back (15 Jan. 2017) They suddenly closed my Account without notice. And now they wanna deny to pay my Cashback. I have list of my Cashback in my hand. It about over $1,000.
They want get member fee but dont want to pay money. What can I do now?
They said that I register 2 account at the same time but they are lie. Only 1 account was registered, and only this one was charged monthly as my legal account.

Again I say Just only 1 account was charged monthly fee from Oct. 2016, another account on 8/24 was cancelled by you because you cannot charge my Credit Card.

If you said I open 2 seperate account, why the First account on 8/24 do not be charged monthly fee, and the second account on 10/21 be chargedmonthly fee? Anyway, which account be charge monthly mean this is my legal account.

If you said open 2 account was illegal, why did you don't warn me at that time, why you charge me monthly fee, and why you just only close my account don't let me sign in just near the date you have to pay my Cash Back?

I have fully my purchasing list from 10/21 to 12/31, and my Cash Back list also.

I'd contact many many many time through yr Customs Service mail. And Samantha is the person replied my mail. But seems she cannot do any things.

Bought several times from Jomashop. But 2 times got experience the items out of stock and waited 3-4 weeks. Unhappy about that. Jomashop systems should update continuosly and let customer know before purchasing. Otherwise, everything is OK.
