Consistently good experiences with Jomashop. Sales are especially good price wise and selection is awesome. Items are always packed and shipped securely and have never had an issue. My only drawback is they are very inconsistent in their processing from order time to shipping date. I'm not sure if it's a lag in updating their website or overselling items. But I've had items ship within 24 hours and other times it's take as much as 3 weeks. In all cases items purchased were listed as "in stock". Still you will get your items, even if delayed.

I bought a new fragrance Turathi Blue 3 bottles. Trust me I got so many compliments you're not gonna believe it just smells amazing. In fact when my son came over as the first thing, he asked me what are you wearing? I said Turathi blue and I gave him a bottle as well. Turathi blue is an amazing scent. It stays on you for a long time and it smells very, very different.
Trust me all buy it, you won't regret it, and I guarantee it!

I love Jomashop, I've seen other sites but honestly Jomashop is the easiest site to browse around and it tends to have a good selection of Fragrances. I came across this site because of CalCologne, and my very first experience was great, the shipping was terrible but the purchase process was easy. My first order I got Mango Ice, through the purchase process, I had no option of expedited shipping (could be that it was in high demand). In addition, the shipping estimate was originally 1 week, but I ended up getting my mango ice about 3 weeks later. The last 2 orders I made, I was processing over the phone, when I tried to pay with PayPal the site forwarded me to PayPal just fine. But after I processed my payment, the site had an issue redirecting me back to Jomashop. That caused me to get charged but my order hadn't processed. I ended up having to re-process it again, and waited a week to get my money back on my credit card. The same thing happened again for the 3rd order I placed. Seems like that's a regular issue with Jomashop, as a friend that I recommended the site to got charged 2 times as well. If Jomashop works on the site glitches and provides better shipping, I think it could be a 5 star site. Aside from this, if you plan to shop with Jomashop, make sure you're not in a hurry and plan ahead at least 2 weeks.

Lamentablemente he tenido una mala experiencia con mi compra reciente de un reloj Tissot, el cual posee una decoración interna en forma de mariposa. Desde el primer uso, la mariposa se desprendió del interior del reloj, lo que claramente representa un defecto de fábrica.
He escrito en varias ocasiones a la empresa para gestionar el reclamo correspondiente bajo la garantía, pero hasta la fecha no he recibido respuesta alguna. Espero que, de manera responsable, alguien del equipo de atención al cliente pueda responder y dar seguimiento a mi solicitud de garantía. Esta experiencia ha sido frustrante y decepcionante.

I have been quite satisfied with my last few purchases(order number M4080CU2). However, I bought shoes, but the size information was not good, so I bought two similar sizes together. As a result, I am satisfied with both and am wearing them well, but I wish the shoe size information was posted well.
