Ordered some shirts on a final clearance sale. Some arrived with defects, but I liked the others. Johnnie-o then announced a greater sale 2 weeks later, with prices lower than my sale prices. Anyone else would "price match", but Johnnie-o apparently undercuts its own prices and it's just "my tough luck". Not going to make any future purchases.

First and foremost, their policies use the word "usually" a lot, which seems to relinquish them from their responsibility to keep to these policies very much. I placed an order on 12/31/2022. Here we are at 1/11/2023 and still no shipment confirmation. I asked three times for a refund and was consistently told (after the few days that passed after I contacted them) that my order was shipping soon and that I could return it if necessary. Interesting that they wouldn't cancel the order even though the order was listed as pending and unfulfilled. Bad business all around if you ask me. I guess my case fell somewhere on the other side of "usually".
I spent $27 on next day service but UPS ended up changing the delivery date and so the package took two days to arrive. Jonnie-O was completely unhelpful. Their "next day" shipping option is misleading. They should be giving customers a projected arrival date before customers commit to paying the extra $27 for "next day" shipping. I will never buy from them again.
