I bought a 75" Samsung QLED curved tv about October 2017. Customer service is awful and they never return calls. The tv mount that was promised still has not shown up some two years later even though there were repeated promises that it would be sent. Also the tv took quite awhile to show up.
I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from these guys again.
I can't believe I didn't write a review sooner, since the men answering the phone at Joe's AV are incredibly rude and I hated working with them. Originally, I had my doubts purchasing our Weber from them, but thought it would be fine because there were plenty of positive reviews at the time, and I was tempted by their lower price. The grill arrived a month late, after I pushed the company to deliver it and to give me a discount for the incredible inconvenience. When it did arrive, the packaging was intact but the instruction manual was a photo copy and there was no information registering the product. Fast forward to a year later, when we moved and the movers broke our casters on the grill. I called Weber, who asked for my serial number. Guess what? THERE ISN'T A SERIAL NUMBER. Eventually the rep asked me where I purchased the grill. I told them Joe's AV, and she said "Oh, they are not an authorized dealer. Actually, we don't know where they get their grills from, and they always get rid of all of the serial numbers so you can't trace them." I should have known the lower price tag would come at a cost. Whatever you do, don't buy from these guys. They are crooks.
I bought a 75" QLED Samsung TV they Sold me On the 75" LG OLED which doesn't even exist spent 2,900 They made up excuses for 3 monthsThen told me I had to go through my bank which after 3 months you Can't get the money back from the bank they said it has to be a civil case now I have to Take them to court when their Claiming bankruptcy So pretty much I'm Screwed out of 2,900 And my name is Joe They should Have hooked me up not scam Me
This is the worst buying experience I've ever had! I ordered a Samsung 82" HDTV from this company. Joe's customer service was horrible, they never answered the phone once order is place; website will never update to reflect the status of your order. The sales person will relentlessly try to up-sale on my purchase order and I did not receive my delivery for over 3 months after promised within 21 business days. I called multiple times and finally talked to "management" to cancel the order and they offered a discount. Go figure... the $400.00 discount was never paid. I filed a case with the BBB who was also unable to gain any results with this company. REASON WHY? THEY ALREADY HAVE A ZERO RATING... THIS IS A SHAM ORGANIZATION!

Well this company still has not delivered the product. Has been more than a year now since I ordered an LG television -- not a single response from customer service. They must write all of their 5 star reviews themselves - clearly these folks are screwed up if they have hundreds of 1 star reviews similar to mine. And the rating agency that they use with good reviews is just an advertising company. Stay away!
Ordered on 6/15/17 and today is 3/19/18 -- been more than 9 months and still hasn't arrived. Stay far away from this company
When I ordered the tv they told me that the Mexican made tv was better but was significantly more expensive. Called LG and they said the screens where identical.
Placed my order for the Asian made t which I was told would take a month to get. Its been 3 and when I contacted them they cancelled my order and that was after 5 attempts to contact them.
This company advertises low costs TVs and tries to upsell the same model at a higher price. If you choose to go with the tv at the lower cost they cancel your order.
Time to get the attorney general involved to go after these crooks.
These guys are scam artists. Waited 4 months for my grill delivery and the shipment was incomplete. They wont refund my money and are impossible to reach. Was on hold for 1 hour, 39 minutes, and 10 minutes before giving up. Never spoke to a human and have no confidence Ill get my money back.
I ordered a 75 inch Sony tv feb 25th. I look up my order for last 10 days and it says processing. I emailed them and asked when it would be shipped and processed and got no response. So my brother will be married in 10 days and I dont know if his gift will make it in time. I dont want to buy another tv then be charged for this one also.
I really wish I would have found these review before I spent $2800 on a Samsung Frame TV on Jan10th truly thinking I would get the TV in time for the Super Bowl thinking as me and my family moved into our new home on Jan. 15th. Boy! Was I really wrong! After more than 10 calls and some being disconnected mysteriously; also lied to directly on the phone even after I asked just don't lie to me about where my shipment. I finally got some flimsy excuse of JoesAV is in dispute with the shipping company. The first Shipping company Oneway shipping would not give me an answer and finally JoesAV told me that they switched shipping companies to Amtrucking and again I called their office got the same excuse! They where in a dispute with JoesAV! This is after 6 WEEKS! Super Bowl has been played and closed down! I am still sitting in our new home with no new TV for the Den! As you can imagine the lady of the house is voicing her doubts with consternation. So I called one last time and I was told that my shipment will arrive in 2 days! I call the Amtrucking the day before the ETA and they tell me no delivery is schedule for me and the dispute is still in talks with JoesAV. So immediately I called my credit card company and reversed the charges! I went to my local electronics store and special ordered it and got in 3 days! I will never use JoesAV and I recommend anyone reading this to heed my warning! This is a non-professional scam of a company! I will be posting and leading a social media battle to shut this site down.

After two attempts by joeys to switch me and waiting almost two months. I went to Greentoe look up no complaints. Delivered my tv in about 8 days. New LG 65E7P.
The negative reviews are true. I read them all and proceeded with an order from Joe's anyway. I was ordering a "late model" 80" TV and the price was considerably less expensive than I could find anywhere else. I ordered, and was expecting the upsell attempt. True to all of the reviews I'd read, after placing my order, I got an email stating that I needed to call Joe's to confirm my order -- "Standard procedure." I called and waited on hold for 47 minutes. When I got a human, he wanted to know why I was ordering "such a late model of TV" -- a set up for the upsell. After navigating that, he told me that the model was backordered, ships from China, and would be "about 30 days." I had read all of these reviews so I expected this. Despite confirming my order, I kept getting the same daily email telling me that I needed to confirm my order. I let it go for a week before calling back. I waited on hold for ~60 minutes. This person told me that their computer system "was down," and that I should probably call back in 2 days. I waited a week before calling back today. This time I got through to a human in less than 5 minutes. She pulled up my order, then matter-of-factly told me that the TV was backordered... they didn't expect to get it soon... and that they were canceling my order. Boom. F Joe's AV.
Purchased a TV and was told it would take 35 days to ship, called after 51 days on hold for 30 minutes, was told the TV got damaged through shipping and can not replace it so they simply canceled my order. I have been purchasing goods all over the web and never dealt with such LOUSY ( mean it) so called family operated business.
The shipping company will not tell me the exact reason but all JoseAV orders for southern California are on hold and they will not release them. My order has been sitting in a warehouse since 2-14 and they will not deliver it. I have been on hold for over 15 minutes with JoesAV and the wait time keeps increasing. Despite reading all of these reviews and complaints I decided to take my chances because of price and now I am sitting here almost a month later with no TV, Updates and a Shipping company who wont deliver anything from Joe'sAV. If I had to guess it sounded like they did not pay their shipping bill. My reason for thinking this is because the shipping company told me that if enough of JoesAV customers called them to complain they would get it worked out with the shipping company. I will never order from them again!
You will not get the item on time. Mine was 3 months delay and parts of the orders were not delivered. No answer from customer support person, Total waste of time and money. Be aware about your purchases and recommending not to fall in trap. Thank you!
Sat on the phone waiting for someone to pick up. Answering machine said it would be 9 minutes. After an hour and a half, I gave up.

Placed my order 12/14/2017 and still no TV. Impossible to reach them. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
After ordering a 3700. 00 tv and waiting 1 month for it to show up I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone after being on hold for 55 minutes. Sales person told me tv was damaged in shipping and did not have a replacement. Told me they couldn't do a refund and I would have to call my credit card company to dispute charge then hung up on me! Total jerks! Have absolutely no doubt the positive reviews are as fake as there business is.
I truly believe a class action lawsuit is entitled. This is beyond poor customer service. Joe's AV is fraudulent and egregious in their acts. We never received the TV we were over charged for. The invoices were all different amounts and did not reflect what was charged on CC. Had to dispute through my CC. Awful!
My experience with JoesAV.com was extremely bad and all i did was place one order for a TV. 2 weeks later with Hours upon Hours of waiting on hold, I have no TV and no refund. I'm now trying to cancel my order. I've called my credit card company to dispute their bogus charge. I found a great deal to only be led to call them. I did and that's where the nightmare begins. I was convinced by the sales man to not buy the good deal i found and buy a TV for $1200 more. I bought the sale and later realized that TV was no better. I bought for a different company. Still trying to cancel the order with JoesAV. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You've been warned.
Answer: Joe's AV is actually is actually run by the same people who own East Coast TVs in Linden, NJ. If you research East Coast TV's, you'll see they have horrific reviews and really bad customer experiences. Since the company had such a horrible reputation, they registered a new business name with the the state of NJ so they could essentially have a fresh new start. Pretty slick, right? Unfortunately, they deliver on the same awful experience as their previous company name did. Do yourself a favor, stick with the big box stores.
Answer: I was waiting on my order for 3 months and never got it so I called them and cancel my order. These guys don't even have in stock what they show in website. Don't believe them, it's bunch of garbage guys.
Answer: They are fake TV's. Shipped from Asia but for another several hundred dollars they will sell you the real one.

Answer: Because Joe's AV will never send you the TV. They can sell things for whatever price they want. Then when you are sitting there for 2 or 3 months waiting for your TV, you will understand. If you are lucky enough to get these scam artists to send a TV to you at all.
Answer: Too late they filed bankruptcy while ago and closed down both sites (eastcoast completely, joes av half working). Lots of people suppliers, shippers and customers got jacked in that final move. You cant change people like that, except by firing squad.
