Very good choice

As always, Joes is a solid retailer. Their prices are the lowest, and from past experience and friends' experiences, they appear to have very good customer service and a wide selection of products to choose from, so that is why I chose them. While they didn't ship right away, the products I ordered arrived on time and in good condition.

After placing an online order for a TV whose price was "to good to be true", I got an email requesting to call back to verify CC. Called back and waited 40 minutes on hold and verified my CC info. Order never appeared on my online account. Emailed them several times during the week and received no response. Order still did not appear online. Credit card was NOT charged. Emailed again after a week, with no response. I decided to call about a month later. I waited on hold for about 15 minutes, then the person on the other line told me I needed to speak to someone else. The person verified my order number and told me someone would call back. No one has yet (it's now 2 weeks) called back. I'm no longer interested in purchasing this TV or anything else from this place.

Bought an 85 inch tv only to find out that they don't have the merchandise in stock and it was a 30 to 40 day wait. Of course the website doesn't say if the product is in stock, that is because is not. Also if you like waiting 20 to 30 min on hold when you call them then this is your place to shop, if not stay away.

I love Joes Av, I found this website years ago and have kept my eye on it looking for things that I needed/wanted. I got a 75" TV from here awhile ago and have loved it! They ship fast, everything is in order, and I never have any problems.
If you are looking for anything in the video/audio/anything awesome department?
Joes Av is the BEST place to get what you need!
I supremely highly recommend getting any product here!

I ordered a TV on their website, where says it's in stock, and at a very good price. But, after placing the order I get an email with a request to call them, which I did. After several attempts and long waits, I am told the TV comes from overseas and I have to wait 90 days before they can ship to me and I will get an inferior product. As an alternative, I could pay additionally to get it shipped in only 1 month and with the specs advertised. So one thing is advertised, another is sold, be aware!

This is the worst buying experience I've ever had! I ordered a Samsung 82" HDTV from this company. Joe's customer service was horrible, they never answered the phone once order is place; website will never update to reflect the status of your order. The sales person will relentlessly try to up-sale on my purchase order and I did not receive my delivery for over 3 months after promised within 21 business days. I called multiple times and finally talked to "management" to cancel the order and they offered a discount. Go figure... the $400.00 discount was never paid. I filed a case with the BBB who was also unable to gain any results with this company. REASON WHY? THEY ALREADY HAVE A ZERO RATING... THIS IS A SHAM ORGANIZATION!

Very reputable. Excellent customer service! Very friendly, easy to get a hold of and backs their products. I had made a mistake and needed a package returned and another one shipped. They immediately shipped the second one and paid the shipping cost and return cost even though the mistake was mine. Lightning fast delivery both times! The product was great at a good price. I would highly recommend this company.

GREAT site! Very honest people with can't beat pricing. I purchased a Samsung 4k 3d TV for $300 less then the next best price from any retailer. I paid no tax and no shipping as well extending my savings. They even threw in a free wall mount!

I can't believe I didn't write a review sooner, since the men answering the phone at Joe's AV are incredibly rude and I hated working with them. Originally, I had my doubts purchasing our Weber from them, but thought it would be fine because there were plenty of positive reviews at the time, and I was tempted by their lower price. The grill arrived a month late, after I pushed the company to deliver it and to give me a discount for the incredible inconvenience. When it did arrive, the packaging was intact but the instruction manual was a photo copy and there was no information registering the product. Fast forward to a year later, when we moved and the movers broke our casters on the grill. I called Weber, who asked for my serial number. Guess what? THERE ISN'T A SERIAL NUMBER. Eventually the rep asked me where I purchased the grill. I told them Joe's AV, and she said "Oh, they are not an authorized dealer. Actually, we don't know where they get their grills from, and they always get rid of all of the serial numbers so you can't trace them." I should have known the lower price tag would come at a cost. Whatever you do, don't buy from these guys. They are crooks.

Horrible Experience

Television order status sat in processing for a month. I had to call several times for updates and was connected with unprofessional staff that answered the phone with, "yeah" and had no information other than it's back ordered. Canceled the order after waiting 31 days. They do not deliver on what their website tells you. Would definitely not recommend.

Fustrating...!

Joe's is impossible deal with! I ordered a Sony 55" X900E from them because they offered it a decent price. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email requesting that I call them so they could "verify" the order. I would have been glad to provide any additional information so they could be assured that the transaction was perfectly legit. But I was never able reach them on the phone, they don't pick up their phones and you end up being treated to countless hours of elevator music while on hold. I'm normally very patient person but after more than 4 hours on hold, I finally gave up! They don't offer a cancel option on their web site, so I could only send them an email requesting the order be cancelled and notify my card issuer to refuse any charges they may attempt to apply. If this is their usual standard of customer service, I can't imagine they'll remain in business much longer...!

I couldn't be more pleased with my purchases or service from Joe's av. I had researched the product for performance and price prior to contacting the company. I had some reservations making such a large purchase online. When I called the salesman, Jay, spent a great deal or time providing me with information about the products, service, delivery, etc. My tv and blue ray player both arrived earlier than expected. The delivery person was extremely helpful and went well beyond what I expected during delivery. The follow-up service has been terrific. They are committed to customer satisfaction which is truly appreciated in this day and time.
I highly recommend you consider Joe's for your electronic purchases.
I know I wont be buying from anyone else!

OK I did get my TV but the savings were not worth the cost. Lots of follow up phone calls. On hold 20-40 minutes. Told it was shipped at the very beginning. 10-14 days and took over a month. Did call on TV advertised to find it isn't one I should get and that one is $600 more. Still saved money so ordered it but would not have called to begin with if they hadn't lied about the price. Pure Bait and Switch. Where are the regulators? They should not be allowed to stay in business based on all these complaints.

I bought a Weber grill from these jerks and they sent me the wrong one and they insist that it's my fault. Their Web site, the one I bought from, says one thing and they say something else. Do yourself a favor, go someplace else. These guys suck!

It get's better folks. Come to find out, Joe's AV isn't an authorized dealer. The Weber Grill I purchased doesn't have a serial number. If I want to exchange it, it will cost me $750 for shipping.

Please, for God's sake, do not buy anything from these guys. They're crooks.

I took a chance and ordered on-line for the first time. Incredible low price, great service and stellar delivery with set-up. I called and spoke to someone who guided me to the right product, thankfully, or I would have ordered the wrong one. The result, I was one of the first to get the newer model with more standard features and a better price! It's not everyday you can order online from across the country and still be taken care of like you did business face to face. Every aspect of the order was perfect, seriously!

Absolutely cannot beat the prices. I don't know how they do it, but they are significantly lower than the majors even after expedited shipping.

Also have solid customer service. Was able to directly email with a rep to sort out my billing info quickly and get my order processed.

Bought a 65inch Samsung and it arrived the same week - no issues. Will keep buying from them as long as they keep beating the prices.

My experience with joes av was very pleasant. I ordered on the Internet and the next morning a representative called me to check the order. I was given information about an extended warranty. I choose to add the warranty and he said they would ship the receiver that day. In a few days I had my Samsung 75" TV.
Everything works and i am a happy customer.

Love my new TV

Contrary to some of the negative reviews I have found online prior to purchasing my TV from Joes, I took a chance and it paid off!
I had a very good experience!
The ordering was perfect and no pressure.
I did upgrade to the white-glove shipping, so that I can receive it sooner.
The TV arrived on-time, in 8 days, as promised.
The only exception is that I did not get a 30-minute advance call within my delivery window, but I was home to make sure I wouldn't miss it.
Beautiful TV!
I have already recommended Joes AV to a few of my friends, and would definitely do business with them again.

I first ordered an 85" Samsung TV and was very happy with the price. Figured it would take longer to get but at the price I just couldn't pass. Well it's now been 3 weeks since the order was placed and it's still pending. Like many others on here I tried calling multiple times, emailed 3 times and never any response. I finally got through on the phone and was irritated! When speaking with someone they got very defensive and I told them I just wanted to cancel my order cause this was BS. The guy told me to go F*** myself! So order still not cancelled and when I called back I asked to speak to a manager... they obviously knew the number because he started in on it again. I've since called Wells Fargo to cancel my card and also report them as thieves! STAY AWAY from this backyard outfit! Pretty sure they are just stealing CC#'s and ripping people off. I will be writing a review on every site I can find!
