I ordered the TV online, but just felt I needed to talk to someone. I called and talked to a staff member who assured me everything would be fine because they have great service, excellent products and I would absolutely love the picture quality of my new Samsung.
He was right on all counts.

We recently bought two 65'' Samsung tvs from Joe's. I had never heard of Joe's but they offered the lowest price. Our tv's were shipped with a private company so that they arrived completely undamaged. I was very impressed with the level of customer service offered. I will definitely look to Joe's AV for my future tv and electronic purchases.

Impressive

One of the best online experiences I've ever had. Joes AV is a first-class operation, and they offer very competitive pricing. I followed up my online purchase with a phone call, and the representative knew that I was in a rush to get the product. He checked my order and personally went out of his way to make sure that it got to me on time. A+ outfit.

SCAM

After making purchase they told me they don't ship to my city or any nearby. The guy literally said " ah $#*! we don't go there" I live in a Mid America city with a population of over 80,000. It's not like I'm in the sticks.

Contrary to what some people post, Joe's has given me proof of being on the way to having a great customer service.
I had a little mishap with their customer service, but they are hiring new employees, since they are growing and it is understandable. I complained about the way their representative talked to me and received great response from their staff and director. If you are not heard at first, you should always escalate issues and you will get a good response from companies like Joe's. Ask to talk to a manager, push the issue and things will improve. Given their prices, growth, and recent events, I must give them 5 stars.

Joes AV was recommended to me by a friend that was very satisfied with them from a past purchase. Because of this, I purchased a couple of TVs from them. Their internet site was very easy to get around on. After checking out online, about an hour or so later, I received a phone call from one of their salesmen. He just wanted to confirm my order and saw what I was going for TV wise and notified me of a mistake I had made while ordering the wrong TV. That was a great catch on their part. He fully explained the delivery process and options. He was very helpful and took time to answer all of my questions (I mean, hey, how many times do you have a TV shipped to your house?). Nevertheless, I was very pleased with the purchasing experience and the follow up from Joes AV to make sure I was satisfied with my new TVs. I plan to use Joe's from now on and will be ordering from them again in the near future. Thanks, guys!

Nothing I can say except I just realize this is a crooked company! Every time their customer service gave the same response " your order will be next month". They did not provide you detail information. Try to reach them thru Email; I will never get an answer. Call the company again and again; the same answering message. Eventually somebody answered my call for more than half hour; then he said he'll call me back instead of providing an answer for my question. And he never returns the call!

I bought a Top of the line Pre-Pro. It arrived as scheduled. The price was right. There was an issue. I called and David helped me with no BS. Just understood the problem and rectified it the same day. The price was very competitive but the service is what keeps me as a customer. Any company can discount a product but not very many actually stand behind their name and value their customers enough to take care of us after the sale. Five stars.

Purchased a TV and was told it would take 35 days to ship, called after 51 days on hold for 30 minutes, was told the TV got damaged through shipping and can not replace it so they simply canceled my order. I have been purchasing goods all over the web and never dealt with such LOUSY ( mean it) so called family operated business.

I have been purchasing from Joes AV for over 10 years and have never had a problem. When I read the reviews on this site it's like 40% of the reviews are for a different vendor. Joes AV is a first class place in every respect. They have always been professional and honest with me. Plus I would never purchase a TV online from any other place than Joes AV. If I was pressed to convey anything negative, it would be about their religious holidays - which I think to be excessive. One last thing - No one asked me to write this, or any other review.

I don't understand how Google allows these guys to advertise. It has been over 2 months since my order and I have yet to receive it. Their customer service puts you on hold forever, is extremely rude, and never follows up and gives you an answer. I can't believe I wasted so much time trying to deal with these guys.

People - Contact the FTC
February 8, 2018

Go to https://www.ftc.gov/ then File a Consumer Complaint then choose Internet Services / Online Shopping. I was about to order a 75" TV but cant' believe the number of complaints and details. In addition to posting... and that helps us all... use the US Gov't to ensure these guys are held accountable.

I made the mistake to overlook the negative reviews. Because of that I waited two month for nothing. Wasted my time and had to deal with rude and unprofessional staff. I'm sure they have someone putting up fake positive reviews to lure people in.

Excellent shopping experience. Professional and courteous from the initial order all the way through to the delivery of the merchandise. Upon placing my order online I received a phone call from Joe's confirming the order and offering additional services. I was provided updates on the status of my purchase often and the customer service was outstanding. I actually got a better deal than any other vendor offered on Black Friday or Cyber Monday, no one could beat their price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal.

Rude customer service

I made an order an they sent email asking me to call them. You can not talk a rep properly.

You will be put on hold constantly and each hold for over 30 mins. And one the customer service put me on hold multiple times and said they will call back and cut the line without waiting for response. Next time, again i was put on hold and got message saying office is closed. Tried again, same thing. Every time, the rep are always rude.

Avoid ordering.

I had researched and shopped around for the TV I wanted. No one could beat Joe's AV! They were also very patient when, due to a recent move, my credit cards were getting the new address mixed up with the old.
The TV arrived on time, and very well packed. I was able to get it installed beautifully.

AMAZING

I placed several orders in the last couple of days amounting to close to $3,000 and my C-Rep was John.
Man. These guys don't get paid enough. Not only was he AMAZING but he helped set up my purchase with ease and answered every single inquiry I had in regards of every purchase. Thank you John! Because of people like you, is that people like me continue to be customers of Joe's after almost 5 years!
