Joe's is impossible deal with! I ordered a Sony 55" X900E from them because they offered it a decent price. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email requesting that I call them so they could "verify" the order. I would have been glad to provide any additional information so they could be assured that the transaction was perfectly legit. But I was never able reach them on the phone, they don't pick up their phones and you end up being treated to countless hours of elevator music while on hold. I'm normally very patient person but after more than 4 hours on hold, I finally gave up! They don't offer a cancel option on their web site, so I could only send them an email requesting the order be cancelled and notify my card issuer to refuse any charges they may attempt to apply. If this is their usual standard of customer service, I can't imagine they'll remain in business much longer...!
My business partner ordered a camera from joes in November 4 th 2017 -on the 10th the money was deducted. $2,174 from account under a different name
( east land camera) -1st red flag... they told him 10 days it would arrive -of course nothing came -my partner called several times from November thru January -each time long phone waits and different stories -its on route should be there or we will call you back with update ( which they never did -2nd red flag) then there was the story oh the shipper must have lost it we will follow a tracer on it
3rd red flag -my partner is fighting cancer and was feeling weaker and weaker unable to deal any further with these fraudulent creepy lying clowns & asked me to call. I called 4 days in a row -each time asked for guys name -which was given to me only when I insisted -each time I called
They said would check and call back /surprise, surprise
No call back -4th red flag - each time waiting on phone 30-45 minutes. Finally on 4th day the helpful sales man told me it was shipped with a shipping company name & gave a phone number which I repeated back to him to make sure right -he said it would come in 4-5 days and then as I was still talking to him asking him a question about shipment delivery date -this wonderfully charming man hung up on me -5 th red flag -the next day I called the shipping company and -what do you know surprise surprise it was somebodys personal cell number -6-9 red flags and why do you need to ship a camera with a shipping company? An item that can be sent 2 day priority mail with insurance thru USPS mail for very little money -10 th red flag.
Thats right 3 months and no camera I reported them to the fraud department of my bank -save yourself the aggravation. DO NOT use this company
NEVER DELIVERED AFTER 2 MONTHS, THEN COULDN'T GET THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY. HAD TO GO STRAIGHT TO CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DEAL WITH IT THAT WAY. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE CROOKS

I ordered one tv on Dec 23rd 2017 and i am still waiting for TV. I requested for refund after waiting one month and they email me back with tracking number after two days of my refund email... Tracking number is still showing shipment data received-PENDING PICK UP... I emailed three times for refund and i called 9 times they picked up the phone and hang on me. NEVER EVER BUY THEY ARE LIAR AND FRAUD... order no *******
I was pretty proud of myself in researching best LED TVs and then in finding a good bargain. Joes AV had good reviews and best price plus free shipping. Unfortunately, it took a month and three phone calls to finally receive it. With each call I was told its on the way and should be delivered next week. Next week didnt happen until I insisted that I wasnt buying that line anymore and I wanted to cancel my order. After giving in one more time it was finally delivered. I would have paid more to avoid the trouble and deceit. Interestingly, the box it came in had a Buydig.com label on it so not sure what that means. The TV is great but Iwouldnt purchase again from Joes AV if their prices were half that of anywhere else.
Its hard to find companies who deliver 100% satisfaction these days but this is one of them. From talking to the very helpfull staff over the phone to the actual delivery was excellent. I live in Scottsdale and ordered the Denon Receiver on line at 11am on 29 december it was delivered 3 days at 9am, I cannot praise the service enough. Will definately recommend and use again. Thanks to everyone involved.

Go to https://www.ftc.gov/ then File a Consumer Complaint then choose Internet Services / Online Shopping. I was about to order a 75" TV but cant' believe the number of complaints and details. In addition to posting... and that helps us all... use the US Gov't to ensure these guys are held accountable.
Terrible. And I have called them 5 times and they just ask for your order number to locate the request, once I provide it, they keep saying "I'll call you back" and of course they don't. I sent an e-mail and they have'n answered. This has gone way longer the 38 business days they claim to have, and they don't even confirm if there is a cancellation fee as it is not on the website. Very disappointing. I don't have the TV, nor the chance to cancel it and buy it through other store.
I ordered an LG E7P Series 65" OLED TV. No where in it's description does it say it is an 8 bit TV and that it will take approximately 56 days to obtain. The 10 bit at almost twice the price is available immediately.
I will contact LG to check this out.
I went to purchase a Samsung TV on sale at Joes AV. I put the order in, made payment, got a confirmation. Next day I have 3 emails from JoesAV saying I need to contact them for confirmation in order to complete the order. So I call. The guy I'm talking to is trying to talk me out of buying this TV. He says; "WHY" Why do you want to buy an old TV? I tell hime thats the one I want. He says no you don't you won't be happy. I said; are you selling junk? "no no no its just old". I said "how old" its a model from 2 years ago. SO WHAT? It has the 4K, 240Hz, Smart TV. That's what I want.He responds with; "It's coming from China you'll get it in about 2 months" THAT's it I'm done! I called him a crook and told him I'm cancelling order. And he laughs at me. Imagining laughing at a paying customer? SCHEISTER. I cancelled my credit card out so this crook had the chance to get payment. He wasted my time but I got the final laugh. Good Goy, give him shekel.
I ordered a 55" Samsung Frame TV at a decent price, but I wish they would have been more upfront about how long it would take to ship. It took us over 2 months to get the TV. However, when it finally did arrive, the box and thus the TV were in pristine condition. Overall, I would say the experience was a good one, but they should give you a better estimate on delivery time.
These guys have the best prices. The next lowest price on Yamaha receiver RX-A870 was $899 + Tax at Amazon. I got it for $636 to my door from Joe's AV.
I saw the reviews about long waits on phone and deliveries that take forever.
I told myself that for this much savings, I'll suck it up and be patient.
I'm guessing they probably don't hold any stock on hand to afford me such savings.
A couple of long hold times when nudging them after a month and to track it, but it's here, 45 days later (to be fair, it was an X-Mas season purchase), and I'm one happy customer.
If you know what you want FOR SURE, and are willing to let it take time to reach you, then Joe's AV might just be the best deal out there!
My order was shipped promptly and when I received it, the packing was the best I have ever seen. I doubt that it could have been damaged in transit, even if the shipping company deliberately gave it rough handling (which I don't think they did). I order frequently from the most well known mail order company on earth, and they can't compare to the professionalism of Joe's.

I just purchased the Samsung 85inch Series 7 LED 4K Ultra HD - UN85JU7100FXZA for 2,279.00. It is a scam, do not purchase anything from this company. I got an email the next day asking for me to call for additional information since it was a large order. I called, and they told me "why did you get this TV, its a 2010 model, I can get you a 2017 model that will ship immediately instead of 6-10 weeks". Its a total bait and switch... classic scam. Do not fall for this company. I told the person I wanted to cancel my order, and then I decided to call a second time and see what a second sales guy would say. The order was still active, and the second guy tried to do the same thing, but this time, I pushed and the model turned out to be a 2016. Total scam. Do not fall for it.
Ordered BBQ Got the run around moved me up to a better in stock BBQ for more money. Talked to customer service after holding for more than 35 minutes twice put a stop on my credit card. NO BBQ YOU SUCK!
Ordered a TV 73 days ago. I have called 5 times with most hold times lasting 30 minutes or more only to be told 38-40 days as they ship directly from the factory in Asia. The calls after waiting 38-40 days both indicated they would get back to me, which never happened. I have sent 3 emails, no responses. The fact that this website rates Joe's AV so high gave me some confidence that waiting a little while would be the biggest issue. 73 days and no TV is a big issue, not returning calls and emails is a big issue. Do not trust the sitejabber rating for Joe's AV.
I don't understand how Google allows these guys to advertise. It has been over 2 months since my order and I have yet to receive it. Their customer service puts you on hold forever, is extremely rude, and never follows up and gives you an answer. I can't believe I wasted so much time trying to deal with these guys.
Samsung curved uhd tv 55' - I got my TV on time in perfect condition. The price is unbeatable. I am so happy that I bought this TV with this company. I definitely will use this company if I need to buy another TV.
Answer: Joe's AV is actually is actually run by the same people who own East Coast TVs in Linden, NJ. If you research East Coast TV's, you'll see they have horrific reviews and really bad customer experiences. Since the company had such a horrible reputation, they registered a new business name with the the state of NJ so they could essentially have a fresh new start. Pretty slick, right? Unfortunately, they deliver on the same awful experience as their previous company name did. Do yourself a favor, stick with the big box stores.
Answer: I was waiting on my order for 3 months and never got it so I called them and cancel my order. These guys don't even have in stock what they show in website. Don't believe them, it's bunch of garbage guys.

Answer: Because Joe's AV will never send you the TV. They can sell things for whatever price they want. Then when you are sitting there for 2 or 3 months waiting for your TV, you will understand. If you are lucky enough to get these scam artists to send a TV to you at all.
Answer: Too late they filed bankruptcy while ago and closed down both sites (eastcoast completely, joes av half working). Lots of people suppliers, shippers and customers got jacked in that final move. You cant change people like that, except by firing squad.
