I signed 14 days trial and when I realized that 70 euros were deducted from my account for 3 months even though I did not approve the premium membership, I sent an e-mail, but the e-mail was automatically returned.

It's a total scam, when i subscribed for the trial they stated that my amount would be refunded if I was not satisfied. Forget satisfaction I was scammed and auto charged AED 300 plus through my credit card. This is a bogus site with job postings taken from other job portals and published there. There should be some law to take such sites to tasks to save hundreds of job seekers losing their money. Especially a majority falling prey to such scams are job less and have scarce funds and to lose money this way is bad.

I got linked from a job search to their website. I decided and subscribed for the free trial at $2.99, not knowing my debit card was saved on file. I never checked back after seeing that the jobs they advertised were reposted from other sites. They debited my card after the free trial of the amount of $70 without notification. Completely avoid this scam site.

Very sketchy. I cancelled a trial subscription on the last day of the trial but apparently too late in the day. They refuse to refund the automatic debit for another month of their so-so service. Even after they deducted the funds, they sent me a "pay up now" notice. Not classy and totally unprofessional.

Have hidden charges. Don't let them have your card details. I applied for the 14 day subscription thinking it was only 14 days for 2.99. Within a day of that expiring they took 70 euros from my account and said I didn't read the small print that said I had to opt out of the subscription after 14 days otherwise they'd continue billing me. When I emailed them to ask why a 14 days subscription is longer than the 14 specified, their customer representative Lucien gave me a rude email back to say I didn't read they small print so they don't have to deal with my complaint. Do not give them your card details. Also the refund policy is a lie as they told me I could not even get my 2.99 back as that's only within the 14 period. Unprofessional pirates.

This was a subscription service I didn't want and from which I believed I had unsubscribed. The job leads I received were mostly irrelevant and unrelated to my skill set. Then, although I thought I had unsubscribed, I was charged $70 for a 28-day membership (to be renewed automatically). Within 5 minutes of seeing the charge, I contacted the company to say it was a mistake, but they indicated that the contract represented an obligation - no refund would be provided. I wonder how much of their business revenues come from the first month of membership, where individuals enter into a monthly subscription, unintentionally. Most other subscriptions give you a notice as your trial period is ending, but they do not. Is it illegal? No, but is it unethical to use these practices and then refuse refunds? Absolutely. People attempt to use these services because they are out of work and DO NOT HAVE ANY INCOME - taking advantage of them is simply wrong.
Buyer beware of automatic renewal provisions. I did not receive any notification before the renewal. My mistake to assume that they would look out for me and notify me before charging my card. Don't take my word for it, try to find the rules and procedure to cancel an automatic renewal, it is not easy to discover. By the time I got to request a termination my card was already charged. After I filed a complaint my request was declined and was referred to the legal mumbo jumbo. They may have an iron clad contract, but this is one customer they're never getting back. Good luck to job hunters who get snagged into losing good money to a crafty crew like jobleads.
