Has anyone received warning letters from jobleads asking for money for a subscription they didn't sign up for?

Hi Aaron, we're sorry to hear that. To clarify for everyone: JobLeads is a legitimate job search platform used by professionals in over 40 countries. When users sign up for a Trial or Premium Membership, they agree to our Terms and Conditions, which include automatic renewal to ensure uninterrupted access. This information is shared at sign-up, in the confirmation email sent to user, and is visible anytime in your account under "My account" > "JobLeads membership."

The Jobs Leads 7/25/2024 answer to Spencer D.'s question tells you everything you need to know. They never sent me a notification of pending billing. The claims regarding the benefits of seamless renewal are condescending at best.

Hi Spencer! Automatic renewal ensures that the subscription users sign up for continues seamlessly by renewing at the end of each billing cycle. If you don't cancel before the renewal date, the subscription will renew automatically, and you may receive notification emails asking you to settle the payment. If you have any concerns or wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so directly through your profile or by contacting our support team for assistance. We're here to help!
