Thanks for your question! Just to clarify, JobLeads is not an employer or a recruitment agency. We don't hire people directly or pay salaries.

Instead, JobLeads is a career service platform that helps professionals find job opportunities by giving them access to curated listings, recruiter contacts, and tools to improve their applications. Once you find a job through our platform, you apply directly to the employer, and any salary or contract terms are discussed with them, not with JobLeads.

Also, JobLeads does not send job alerts via SMS. Notifications are usually sent by email or through your account dashboard. You're in control of what alerts you receive and how your contact information is used.
