"If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. What a terrible experience. I signed up for a trial for a few dollars, but the leads I received were awful. I didn't think much of it until I noticed a charge of $67 on my account without any prior notification or confirmation. I didn't receive any value from the $3 trial, which I can accept as my mistake. But to be billed $67 without any communication or option to opt-out is unacceptable. This feels like a scam. Please be cautious of this tactic. I'm extremely frustrated with this situation."

UPDATE: After posting this review, JobLeads reached out to me and cancelled the charges. They were polite and apologetic about the whole situation, and offered to give me their subscription free for 3 months. I declined, because I didn't find their platform beneficial in the first place, and I still believe that it's predatory, and should be illegal. Regardless, it should be noted that they DID decide to help me out after I posted the review. But I'm still leaving the 1-star rating and original review below:

I signed up for the $3 trial (iirc, that was the cost for a 14-day trial). After realizing that the website wasn't actually giving me anything helpful, I went to my subscription page to cancel, and I couldn't find a button to end my trial.
The website attempted to charge me after the trial period, and luckily my credit card declined it as being suspicious. I went back to the account page, and found that the cancel button was not clearly a link (the usual blue underlined text), and was instead just written in the middle of a paragraph, in the same font. Since then, they've tried to charge me every 6 days, like clockwork. It's been almost 3 months, and they're still trying to charge me. I reported it as a scam to my credit card provider, but it still shows up as an attempted charge every 6 days.
I reached out to customer service and asked them to stop charging me, and they were unhelpful, stating that I didn't cancel in time, and that they're going to continue trying to charge me. If understanding my situation, and still trying to take my money like this isn't predatory, I don't know what is.
This website is a scam, and doesn't provide anything useful for the job search. Their unsubscribe button in their emails also goes to a dead url, so you'll need to block their email addresses if you signed up. If you haven't signed up yet, be warned.
