I cancelled my subscription and was still charged and when I brought the situation to the attention of the manager of JobLeads their management willfully refunded my invoice. The product is a good website for JobLeads though was not right for me at this time and the action by their management to promptly refund an error is an example doing the right thing.

I learned a lot from my resume review, notably how employers screen resumes. Unfortunately, I have some work to do. I need to revise my resume and create a cover letter. I will need to do some of the work myself and then use one of their services.
