Be careful. Don't order their 2 weeks 2.99 subscription. You think you paid just for these 2 weeks but after they start to charge you monthly fee. It is not obvious and it is not seen anywhere that you will get charged after 2 weeks. This is one point. Second point - their job ads are useless.

I experienced significant issues with this company. The premium platform was unavailable during the paid period, and I had no access to any premium features. I never received an email about the automatic subscription, and the screenshots they provided did not match what I saw during my subscription. Despite providing evidence, they have not resolved my concerns. Without a full refund within 24 hours, I will share my experience widely on social media. Beware of this company's deceptive practices.

Jobs are stale and unrelated to search criteria. Customer service is unresponsive and the uncooperative. They continue to charge you if they can and never refund anything. Guarantee of good jobs is not valid.

I paid for a one-off application which someone lead to a Premium membership of £59.99 per month! They should provide clear and transparent pricing models as all they do is push you to - what is clearly a friend's business of spin-off of their own - to pay £600 for a rewrite of your CV. Given not a single one of their roles materialized into even a conversation I also question the legitimacy of their postings. This may be legally set up business, but clearly just scammers.

I signed up for Job Leads' 14-day Premium trial for only $2.99. Seems worth it, right? It's not.
Job Leads promises to connect you with recruiters while listing jobs matching your skill set. If you search for a specific job and click on a result, you're redirected to another job site and are required to make an account to view the job. Once you do that and click the link to apply, you're redirected AGAIN, this time to the company's website that listed the job...and you see the job doesn't even exist. This happened to me six times. That can't be a coincidence.
This just seems like a scam. Job Leads preys on desperate job seekers who are looking for something - anything - to be able to survive and provide for their families. This website will take your money and run while only pointing you to fake job openings listed on other websites. Absolutely despicable.

I bought the 2 week trial for $2.99 to check out the service. There was NO MENTION of an autorenew that would cost $69.60. I was floored when PayPal charged my bank card for that amount. I tried to get through to customer service via email stating that it was NEVER clearly stated that this would turn into an autorenew service. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SERVICE! It is complete and utter B.S. I learned the hard way. I tried to get them to refund my money as I have been laid off and do not have a lot of disposible income at this time. They basically just sent me a form letter stating there would be NO REFUND. They do not clearly state the terms and condiditions of the Trial Subscription. I have no idea why it costs $69.60 to continue a trial that initially cost $2.99! AGAIN DO NOT USE JOB LEADS OR YOU WILL BE

Do no waste your time even looking at this website. Avoid at all costs. £2.99 to entice you, then £59 monthly afterwards. I forgot to cancel. Thought ok, lets see what this is all about, its utter rubbish. Nothing helpful at all. TopCV.co.uk is the same, you get a free resume review and the wording was the exact same from both websites, by the same "Andrew Bennett."
Do not give them your credit card details at all, don't even bother with the free trial. Its a scam, they don't care, and they won't respond for days.
The jobs are nothing fantastic either, you get the same jobs from other free websites like indeed, linkedin glassdoor etc.
