Obscure placement of "veteran's discount. I placed 27k worths of within a month and I asked for the veteran's discount and was denied, but told I was qualified for future orders.

Great service but FedEx delivery sucks! Pay for expedited delivery and your wasting your money. The Postal Service is more dependable. Unfortunately they only use FedEx.
They look real and very serious until you gave them a try. They will ask you ton of documents to prove your identity until you get tired to do so. They suspended my order as well of $*******. Stay away from JMBullion because they didn't allow me receive my coin, after my order so it will be wise to rather stay off and find a more competent company like i found an investment company! I have been a JM Bullion customer for over 10 years, and have been very happy with their products and services. That all changed last month when I purchased a monster box of 500 1oz coins using an ACH. I ordered early on Thursday, Oct. 17th. The account verification came through on the following day, and the account was verified early on Friday. Nothing happened. I called on Monday, and was told by a very rude female representative that the order would not be shipped until Friday. That upset me GREATLY, and I told the representative that I was very unhappy. She had no reaction. The order showed "paid" on Wednesday, 10/23, despite the money being taken from my account on Monday, 10/21 Late Friday, 10/19, my account showed "shipped", but only the shipping order had been prepared. FedEx didn't pick it up until late on Monday, 10/24 and I finally received it on Wednesday, October 30th. That's totally unacceptable. Since that time, I have been buying from other sources, and will probably continue to do so.
First time purchase with this company and I am very disappointed with my order. I placed an order via ACH on 12/15 with an estimated ship date of 12/18-12/20. Funds were immediately taken from my account. As this was a Christmas gift I decided to purchased the expediated shipping so that I could ensure deliver before 12/25. After submitting my payment, my receipt even said estimated ship date between the 18th and 20th. Fast forward a day and shipping estimate changed to the 23rd due to a mandatory 5 day hold. Nowhere on their website do they say that ACH payment will be held for 5 days before shipping? What is the point of this? This is the only time in my history of online purchases that I have heard of such a thing. Why would they give an estimated ship date of the 18th if they have a mandatory hold of 5 days? It gets better... when I called to find out if they could help me out, the answer was straight up "no". I could not pay for overnight shipping, they couldn't look into the payment, all I could do is take my chances and maybe the package would show up on time. I explained that the hold had already been 5 days, but they said that did not include weekends. They continued to explain that their expedited shipping times did not include weekends either. What good is expedited shipping if you cant even give a date when the item will ship out. Complete waste of money and a total scam. Frustrated, I asked about canceling my order and was told that there would be an additional $60 cancelation fee. What a joke this place is. Maybe if you are not purchasing as a gift with a deadline it may be OK, but what a disaster this transaction was with horrible customer service. Will not be buying from this company in the future.
Unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. After i choose to pay for the shipping to make sure i will have the item on time because it is a gift for an event that it will take place in Europe. They delay the shipping two days and unfortunately i will not having on time so the item it will be who's know where for the three weeks that I will be away and of course I have to pay again to buy another gift. The customer service over the phone it was great before I place the order but not after It was not polite at all.
Purchasing precious metals over the internet can be stressful. JM makes sure you are comfortable with the money that was spent through their service. Automatic tracking and low turnaround times are a great way to keep the mind at ease.
I had fine experiences both buying and selling (at a nice gain too). To ensure safe and secure transport - the toughest part - procedures are somewhat necessarily complicated, but the instructions and support I received were superb and worked. This experience was new to me and they were most patient and helpful.
I have switched to JM Bullion for my silver bullion coin purchases for their reasonable mark-up, smooth purchase experience, and prompt delivery. This is my 4th. Or 5th. Order with them. My previous orders arrived within 5 days of the purchase.
I've purchased gold many times and sold some gold back to JM Bullion. Everytime, they were quick to deliver it with a signature required US Postal Service delivery. Never had any troubles. I can't stress enough their great service.
I understand that JM Bullion cannot be responsible for USPS fowl up's although shipments are supposed to be fully insured, I still haven't received a gold shipment ordered before this, more than a month ago, this is destroying my confidence in JM Bullion, I have ordered gold since the "lost shipment" but I am starting to get nervous, I certainly will not trust the USPS any longer, and future shipments may be from a new supplier if something isn't resolved in the following week, so sorry but I feel I've been patient long enough
I had no problem buying my stuff, just wish there was a cheaper way to buy without the trouble with a check, my debit card comes straight from my bank account, shouldn't be charged like a credit card
My order arrived in a reasonable time frame. The box was discreet with no logos on it or names identifying that it would contain precious metals. In my opinion, discretion is vital to ensuring the contents are received and not intercepted in transit.
Overall, would do business again and would recommend them over competitors that you may find don't exercise discretion when shipping your product.
To be honest, items looked pre owned and Brittania's looked mishandled as all 5 have a nick on the ribbed edge. Disappointed, but not a deal breaker yet. This was first time I've ordered from here but will give one more chance after I try another company and see what happens, would not want to give these as a gift.
I've place several orders with JM and I have never been disappointed. Everything arrives on time and exactly as promised. It does worry me at times that a package worth a few thousand dollars gets left on the doorstep but I haven't had one taken yet so I guess I can't complain. I'm usually quick to test the authenticity of the items I purchase but with JM I have no doubt they are real. That ease of mind is worth the few bucks over spot.
JM Bullion company belongs to these types of companies, where if ALL the aspects of purchases are going smoothly everything is OK.
But if ANYthing is NOT going as 'should', do not expect any real help.
Suddenly 'small print' became a golden rule.
No appreciation of former business and amount of money you spent before.
Just consider evaluating your needs and find a company that does not have as many single-star opinions as this one.

I placed an order on 3/15/23 and paid for UPS delivery. I kept getting updates from UPS that my package is on the way. Apparently, the package was lost. After giving it ample time, still no package so I contacted you for assistance. I was told that an investigation would be opened and I would be contacted. Days passed and I was the one doing all the contacting! I finally got my package by being pro-active. I've ordered from you several times successfully but if something goes wrong, it's like pulling teeth for the remedy. I will not place any further orders with JM Bullion.

Answer: Refund or trade coin please. This is the most basic function. It should be simple to fix, but it has consumed more of MY time than it is worth. If you add a couple of additional trade coins, it would not compensate, but it would recover some good will. David Winters Attorney at Law

I remember one time I reviewed a restaurant because I wasn't really happy with the food and the owner / manager of the restaurant had the gall to tell me that his food was great. I quickly reminded him that the review process is not for his opinion of his business but the consumers opinion of his business.
