Overall, I would say that JMBullion is a good company to do business. I ordered five different coins of the British Royal Mint "Queens Beast" silver 2 oz series. My order was shipped and delivered very fast. Three of my new coins were in good condition, but two were not acceptable condition. One was so bad that it should have been caught before it was sent to me. They need to check coins better before shipping to customer. Customer service has been very good. I am sure it will be taken care of to my satisfaction.

I have purchases from them many times. I have checked around and their prices are always the lowest for precious metals. They have the most items in stock too. Also, if you order only $199 the shipping is free. I have heard horror stories of other sites taking months to ship to you. Not this company. Honest, fair, and fast. I highly recommend JM Bullion. They should have a referral bonus though. I have sent half a dozen people to them.

Most bullion dealers hit you with high premiums which you expect but then they make it impossible to get value with shipping not J. M Bullion they will ship free! To me this makes a huge difference!. Overall a great experience fast ordering an shipping definitely 5 stars!

First purchase of used silver bars from JMBullion was better than what I had expected being they were secondhand. Delivery was safe and quick with a signature being necessary. Packaged extremely well; each bar was in an individual packet. Was exactly what I was in search of. Need to mention that being a novice in the process of purchasing I found much helpful information on the site. Very informative about the product being sold, lots of information provided. I ordered 90% silver US coins some were $1. Face value mixed coins. One coin was a 1968 Kennedy Half that I believe is a 40% silver coin. The order receipt had two inspection stamps and initials confirming the order to be all 90% silver. But one coin was not. I'm not worried about the $2.30 value difference, I am concerned about the QC order inspection process that would miss this coin if several people have checked the order. Contacted them immediately on friday, this is tuesday, but no response yet, I'll give the matter a few more days. If I am wrong then my deepest regrets and strongest apology. *UPDATE* Now Monday, 2/4/19. Customer service originally said a investigation would be opened. I asked my customer service conversation recording be forwarded to upper management thinking this would be easy to check into and with some urgency, BUT as of today 2/4/19 nothing yet. My Star review is now dropped to 3. I have received good service until the problem with this order

My orders arrive well packaged and on-time.They're exactly what I ordered and more pristine than what I see on the website.JM cares about the customer and that is an awesome feeling.

JMBullion actually exceeds my expectations with their services and products. Their web site is easy to navigate although there is an abundance of choices to choose from. I have never had any occasion to return any products that I purchased, but a friend of mine did return a gold collectible coin that he felt was under-graded. He reported that the return was "hassle free" and very timely. He received his replacement coin and was very pleased with me for referring him to JMBullion.

JMBullion made the process for purchasing some silver, as the title says, simple! The website was very user friendly and easy to navigate. Once I found what I was looking for I checked out and eagerly awaited the arrival. This would have been a five star rating but there was some difficulties with the delivery and it almost was "returned to sender". There was no phone call or email notifications from UPS requesting access to my building. With a rush to the UPS building and some more waiting I finally received my package.

With Free Shipping? You just can't go wrong. I'm not even sure how they make money on this product, although, circulated coins might lose a tiny bit of material from wear, these still had the year minted visible, so the losses were under 5%.
