When selling your bullion back to JM Bullion know that there are charges that are not disclosed until after you commit to the sale. I agreed to a $30 dollar shipping package kit, and pre-printed, reduced rate label only to be charged another $72.62 for the label. This charge was not disclosed prior to having to commit to the sale. It is deceptive, and unethical. Sell somewhere else.

Our first purchasing experience with JM Bullion was disappointing on many levels. The shipping was slow, the shipping box damaged, the metal bar was lighter in weight than advertised, scratched and nicked. Their customer service indicated although light on the weight, it was still within the "margin of error" and the imperfections are expected with cast products. We were hoping for a better product on the initial transaction - first impressions tend to have a lasting effect and dissuade the buyer from future purchases,

Placed an order using my bank's credit card. A few days later, received an email asking for a check to be mailed. It was an unexpected twist so - since they are asking for a check, the order had not been actually completed but they demand a $101 cancellation fee. I opened a dispute with my credit card.
This outfit claims that this "term" is listed somewhere on page 666 of their agreement... not very useful.

I've been a JM customer for many years. Several months ago, Mississippi changed its sales tax laws and eliminated tax on coins and bullion. I brought this to JM's attention on at least 3 occasions. They have yet to fix their taxing procedures. I'm done with trying to help them and I'm done buying from them. There are many reputable brokers to choose from.

Tried to make purchase on their site using a well known credit card, they charged my credit card twice, 2 transactions totaling over 4k, got email from them saying their fraud dept cancelled ordered and i need to pay by wire transfer, nope not doing that, will find another company to buy gold.

I, Omer Ilyas put an order on 02/02/2023. Spend over 5k and set up ACH payment method. I accidentally pressed saving account instead of checking account since it was my first time doing an ACH transaction. I called customer service right that moment to request if possible we can switch my payment method because I will get a penalty from my personal bank if I made a transaction in my saving account. I was rudely denied and told there will be a penalty from their end If I do it. I do not understand how can order be placed and ready within 2 mins. I was really disappointed at the fact that due to good reviews I want it to continue doing business with JM Bullion but they could not even assist me out of courtesy for first time customer.

JM Bullion canceled my order do to some IRS review that they do when someone tries to purchase even tiny little gold bars for their kids. I used pay pal to try to make the purchase on a Monday, supposedly pay pal is the fasted way to have a cleared payment. It supposed to be almost instant. I paid for expedited shipping. Thursday I receive an email saying my order was canceled but no refund from pay pal. According to pay pal the order had been completed. So I call the site and find out they won't refund my money for 3-5 business days. So now they have my money tied up for at least a week and a half when its them that cancelled my order. How convenient.

I love my beautiful pieces of silver. Also, my 1 g of gold I just started collecting.

These coins and bars or so awesome I would love to get some more gold, but that's gonna take a while.
In the meantime, I will continue bying silver and some gold. These pieces of silver make great necklaces These will be perfect for a gift. There are a lot of pieces that I still want to buy.

JM has fair premiums and ships anything listed as "in stock" within one or two business days tops.
They're trustworthy and well known and you'll always get your order correct and on time in my experience.
Will definitely be ordering from them again.

We started purchasing from JM Bullion in February 2021. We have not been disappointed. At first the shipping was delayed due to volume, however, the shipments are pretty quick now. So far between my husband and myself (2 accounts) we have placed over 10 orders. No complaints. I truly like that JM Bullion also has ‘Pre-sales". Oh, and let us not forget the military/ veteran discount! We will be buying more in the near future.

I've been investing in precious metals for several years. I ran across jmbullion.com about a year ago. I like the prices and variety of items. The site has many great features such as alerts on sold out items when they become available. My favorite feature is the easily available receipts of each shipment. Well worth the time to check them out

I understand that JM Bullion cannot be responsible for USPS fowl up's although shipments are supposed to be fully insured, I still haven't received a gold shipment ordered before this, more than a month ago, this is destroying my confidence in JM Bullion, I have ordered gold since the "lost shipment" but I am starting to get nervous, I certainly will not trust the USPS any longer, and future shipments may be from a new supplier if something isn't resolved in the following week, so sorry but I feel I've been patient long enough
