Signed up for $1.99 trail and was charged $20 the next day. Bull$#*!! I work for a saas company and get wanting to have paying subscribers. Your never going to have long term retention with your customer with that type of business model. I would like a full refund.
JibJab is renowned for it video card "featuring you". Although deing around for a few years now these videos are mostly old, not very funny or very few in number. I subscribed hoping that my money will be spent well in updating and creating new, funny "featuring you" videos.
I originally bought a subscription to your site to make a video of my students for our Christmas party. These videos turned out so great that I decided to have fun with my guests at a couple of Christmas parties. Everyone loved the animations and had a great time with them.
What a hoot! Being somewhat older than the average user, (73) and less adept at technical hoo-ha, it took me a while to make my card, but it was outrageously fun and the recipient loved it! I will definitely do it again! Waaay too much fun to be legal!
Not easy to make a picture fit the space for a face. Had to keep adjusting the size of my own pics to get them to work. A lot of back and forth to get it right then adjust/paste/view, adjust/paste/view, but no good way to go back and make further adjustments without having to create a card each time, and then start over. Must be an easier way to do this.
Every year I make Jib Jabs for my first graders.
It is the perfect activity before Christmas break. They watch them at the holiday classroom party and just laugh and laugh! They love watching themselves over and over again! The app makes it so easy. I did about 10 Jib Jabs in 15 mins.
I even bring them out right before school ends! They never get old!

I will definitely use again. I had forgotten all about my membership since I hadn't used it in a while. So when I saw a charge on my credit card for the membership fee I emailed them immediately. They responded very promptly and resolved the matter just as quickly. They did exactly what I asked them to do and was glad to do it.

I was excited to send several to my husband for Father's Day and enjoyed looking through all of the selections. However. I was a bit frustrated when (after scheduling the card to post at midnight June 17th-June 18th), it NEVER made it. I checked in the morning of the 18th and later in the afternoon. I ended up going back into your site, copying the link and pasting it to my husband's email. I really like JibJab, but this was very disappointing.
I'm using your service to make a funny video to show some of my clients with their faces at a holiday party the company is organizing, I was hoping for at least a 720p downloaded video, but the size you offer is ridiculous, I understand is mainly for emails, phone or just the link itself, but the downloaded version should be something useful in the 21st century.
Love the product, but didn't like having to buy an annual premium when i just wanted a single card. Sure, i would saved lots of money if i send multiple cards, but i only wanted to buy one. Would've been nice to be given the choice.
Terrible terrible experience adding pictures to your program, it only pulls a few great if you want to take a photo but to add another person or pull a picture from a file it is awful, very limited, in fact I want to cancel my account.
Click on advertised $1.99 app fee and was charge $18. Emailed for a refund and haven't received a response. In the reasons why requesting a refund this situation was an option for complaint- if its historically been an issue why have you not updated/fixed the problem?
It was frustrating with new app, I was in a hurry and it was faster going thru website than having to re-assign photos from my phone etc. I thought if I got the app it should already let me into my account without jumping thru hoops.
I used the site to send some New Year's Day cards. However, each recipient is very unique relative to the others, and I didn't find enough cards from which to choose to match each individual. I had more desired recipients than cards that would fit them.
Jib Jab cards really are the best as far as humour and bringing a smile to the face of the receiver.
Every time I send a card I get a fun response back as we all end up laughing at the images, music and dance moves.
It's always a fun experience to customize your JibJab cards and share them with family and friends. They really enjoy receiving their cards on their special day (birthday, holidays, etc.) and it's a great way to show them how much you care while making them laugh...
At 73 getting out to buy cards in a small town where the selections are limited is a pain, I usually have to go 30 miles to a bigger town.
My children and grandchildren think I'm cool and get a kick out of the funny "cards".
I had unknowingly set y subscription to automatically renew. When I called the Jibjab call Centre I received exactly what I wanted and they also as a act of kindness gave me a gift. What more can you ask> Customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Thanks JIBJAB!
If only the customer service and support matched the videos and emails to join the fun... then you'd really have something. I've been a member before and your service/member support messes that up, I tried again and you messed that up too! A sad resolution indeed.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
