Every time I started to do the movie it says sign in with Facebook or email. So I did and each and every time they said my password did not match name or email address. Well it does! I just gave up and now I am sorry I joined and I want out but don't know how to do it. Can you help me with this?
Nursed all the way through the production of our BIG movie. Great experience even for a bit of a technophobe like me (plus I'm nearly 70) so I'm very proud and pleased with myself. I got some great response as well so everyone else liked it too. It's a superb bit of kit. Love it!
I used JibJab for a few years but recently decided to stop the auto renewal... I wrote a quick email to customer service and not only did they respond within a business day, they refunded my auto-payment! Honorable company to deal with... I'm not gone forever...
I wasn't aware that I signed up for a yearly membership until I saw the amount debited from my bank account. I submitted an online refund request and was contacted the next day by email stating my refund had been issued. Very prompt and professional response!
I love Jib Jab and think it's a great idea... BUT... I feel like the choice of cards is not as great as it could be. There should be music and songs suitable for older people as well, my 75 year old father does not appreciate hip hop and rap! I would like to see more old tunes and classic music maybe from the 60s
No matter on which device or browser I view the site, every now and then I am seeing this annoying white HTML page with a lady and a guitar and a big X. Often this is when I am done creating a video and want to make another one. Then I need to close the site, reload it, sometimes even log out and back in again so that I can view other videos. I tried this on Chrome on Linux, Chrome on a Lenovo Android tablet, and Safari on an iPhone.
Other than that, I love the website! Such a clever idea, and everyone is having a good laugh when I show them the videos. It is also very easy to create heads and drag and drop them into the video. So on that part - very user friendly!:-)
The funniest for me is that my husband's face always ends up being in the automated emails I receive from JibJab, which absolutely makes my day...:-)
I tried to reinstate my membership last saturday and it did not work. They did however take my $18 dollars as it came out of my credit card. Unfortunately, the person's birthday was that day so we couldn't send a card. I emailed customer service and they said "we'd be back to you in 2-3 days" really? That is despicable. So I cancelled the membership
There aren't any videos that allow 6-8 people in them.
I am having to decide who to leave out when sending co-workers videos on their birthday.

I was having a great time until I wasn't. When I had a bad experience with the site's service, I asked for my money back per their guarantee, and JibJab quickly and without question accommodated my request. Excellent customer service made me rethink leaving so hastily.
Over are you guys been doing a pretty good job. Like that though they have more choices and music from artist. Can you guys make updated new song I know with copyright laws it might be difficult. But it might be nice
This was so much fun and provided the perfect gift for a friend turning 70 who doesn't need things but experiences especially with humor make the perfect gift. Low on funds but need something personal turn to JibJab. Also you get to send it to the people that you put into the cards so they get to share in the fun. Easy to use. It's just hard to pick out which one to use. Thank You
The videos are very easy to create, I love them and my family & friends always like the JibJab videos I sent them and it's not expensive at all. The ordering procedure is user friendly and very reliable payment method. I'm using JibJab for many years now. As for the service, I always get instant help/reply and their information is always useful and 100% to my satisfaction.
The videos at jibjab can be very funny when personalized for which I get a lot of laughs from my family and friends. The price however has gone up and when I realized how much the new membership charge was, I contacted customer service and I must say the quality of customer service offered at jibjab is exceptional. I got a response in less than 24 hours and received a refund of the new membership without any issues. Sad to say I won't be making any more jibjab videos with the new membership charge.
Overall I like this app a lot, but 2 things that could be done to improve it would be: 1) the download app doesn't orient itself for a horizontal view on an ipad and 2) it would be nice if the app either loaded my contacts into its own address book or it would automatically search for an address book or contacts to use for who to mail to. But still, very smart & funny!
I purchased premium then I cancelled my account after about 2 hours. You don't allow premium members to download there own video's with there own faces attached to the videos. Makes now sense that you let people make video's, but don't allow them to download that video as a premium paying member of your site.
Also, you don't have an Android app, Android has over 80% of the mobile market share for several years now, but after all these years you still choose to only support Apple.
I thought it was $1.50/month, but they charged me $18/yr... the product as it stands is not worth $18/yr. I requested a refund, but 30 days elapsed and they absolutely, positively, will not ever, ever, never, reconsider anything past 30 days, because that is in their law. I feel ripped off.
I mistakenly opened a fee paying Jib Jab account and didn't realise this until the first annual fee was taken from my credit card account. On contacting Jib Jab, they were very helpful, courteous and dealt with my account closure and refund promptly. Well done to the team at Jib Jab.
I stupidly did not read Jibjab did auto renewal.So was unpleasantly surprised when I saw a charge. As I say, it was all my fault. And being in Australia, I felt sort of helpless and frustrated! The team membders at JibJab got onto it immediately and fixed it no problems. Thanks guys and sorry for MY error. Xx jan wallace.
I liked the card I sent, but I don't know if it was opened by the senders. Other card sites send an email when it is opened. Also, I was looking for a get well card for someone who had orthopedic surgery and all I could find were cards about sickness.
I would have rated this a 5 if it was possible to group/name uploaded images. It would also be nice if I could edit an uploaded image (ie I didn't alight the eyes, or the mouth correctly)
I have been a "free" member for years, but just upgraded to the paid version.

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
