JibJab is awesome, and I made a fantastic card for my dad, which he adored. But while I thought a paid a few dollars for the card, I ended up with an $18 annual subscription! I didn't even realize this until PayPal informed me of this. I am now cancelling my subscription that I didn't even know I agreed to.

Fun and funny!

The recipient, my brother, got a kick out of his father's day jib jab! I remember a few years ago my office mate sent out jib jab Christmas greetings with the five of us dressed as Santa's elves working in his toy shop. We got lots of funny comments.

JibJab offered some hilarious videos and I encountered one small issue with my membership and after only one short email to customer service I had the entire issue resolved within the first business day. The response was courteous and very painless.

Creating the cards is really fun.

I really enjoy making the cards and think the price is fair for a full year. However, I wish it had had more options. I'm hoping a ton of new content arrives over the year as I may not renew otherwise.

Excellent Customer Service

Office presentation

This process was suggested to me by my department supervisor. I had a presentation, and needed to introduced the team members. It was perfect; it caught the attention of the audience in the first 30 seconds, and we never let go!

Pretty straight forward and easy to do!

Good choice, easy to set up and check when finished.
The only tricky bit is not being able to go to the address book on your device and select individuals to send to. This would be really helpful in the future.

Best customizable online cards - This website has the coolest online card offering on the web today. While the selection is not huge, they allow you to put in the faces of your friends and family directly into the cards! It's hilarious! And it's super easy to use -- the interface is very clean and simple for uploading faces from pictures and putting them into really funny cards.

I just created the Snowball Fight card for my family and it took me only 10 minutes. They got a huge kick out of it when they saw it. I absolutely love the application and will use this site for all my online cards in the future.

I was aggravated after sending an hour setting up a cool card and at the end it told me I needed to upgrade my account for $12 a year w/automatic renewal. When trying to cancel the auto renewal it was not automatic. Have to send an e-mail request to cancel and I still haven't got confirmation that it was canceled. They suck you in with trickery and deceit then trap you. Not a very admirable company.

Fun but needs updating

My young grandsons (5&6) love the Jib Jabs I make of them and their family for the holidays. So does my my 93 year old dad. But you need to make more newer ones Only 2 new Christmas this year and the same at Halloween They look for new ones. Especially the not so off color ones.
Also any chance you can make 6 cast membors on some so we can get the whole family in?.

I was very dissapointed with my renewed membership as I had problems retrieving my photos and then after finally setting everything up the whole video disappeared and had to start all over again. Some photos took forever to load up.
I got so disgusted that I gave up and lost out making anymore videos.
Also in my old account there are photos that come up that I would like to delete and do not know how.

I used to love jib jab but since the latest update I am really disappointed.
When making the heads now you can no longer adjust the mouth, before it had a try button so you could see if the placement was correct but now you have to go back and remake the head.
I find I can no longer share on Facebook, never used to be a problem and the amount of lettering for the message has been shortened.
Its a real shame, I used to love playing about on here but I'm now thinking of canceling my subscription.

Fun card for my grandson's 19th birthday.

I put the faces of each person who would be at his birthday dinner. They all thought it was hilarious.
Thanks for a good selection of cards and laughs.
Only suggestion I would make is to make the number of faces optional. I had to add grandpa's face to the party even though he wasn't there. I'm sure that would complicate things on your site to have optional numbers of faces but it would be great.

Not happy, though I love the results

I emailed customer service. I cannot get assistance with my problems and get a huge menu to read and I am visually impaired (not blind) and really need a human.
I was charged TWICE for the same download.
Do we pay 1.99 each time we download? I am a member and I don't get the discount.
I have sent these concerns in before with no help.

Hi Jib Jab,

I initially loved your site and all the fun things you could do... now I have two requests:

1) Please add more new content, specifically holiday videos. I am on the verge of searching out a new holiday card provider for next year as my friends, co-workers and clients would like to see new content as much as I would. FYI - I would be willing to pay more for this new (maybe premium?) content.

2) Please allow me to edit heads the way we used to be able to a few years back - specifically, let me adjust the cut out around a head to fit the different shaped heads we all have. I'm sure there are some out there that like the simpler way of adding the head but for some people, it leaves a lot of space around the jaw or cuts off their forhead in an unflattering way. Perhaps there could be an add'l option for those of us who would like a more refined head!

For some reason it crashed twice in the middle of my creation. It also no longer lets me preview what I've done before it goes to the send phase... what happen to that step? Without this step it is annoying if I want to make a change to which head goes where... and I have to start from the beginning. I thought I remember you having a preview step.

I have been a satisfied JibJab customer for a few years for the following reasons?
1. Product is very affordable
2. Website is VERY easy to use
3. Downloads are very simple

I download the videos onto a DVD and give them as gifts and EVERYONE loves them. I give one to my boss every Xmas and he shows everyone at work and has told me he invites his whole family to watch it with him and his wife and they also loved it! Keep up the good work JIBJAB.
You might want to think about expanding and make some that are geared for children; they would love to see themselves on video.
