“Excellent Customer Service”

I had signed up for an acct with JibJab, but soon realized that now was not a good time. I did use the service and created one card. I contacted customer service for a refund, thinking it would take a few days since it was the weekend. Got an immediate response, within a couple of hours, that the refund had been processed. I was impressed. No one trying to hassle me. When I am in a better position will use the site again. I love the cards. Thank you.
