Thought these would be cute, but didn't like the mouth area on either card I chose!
Tapping on the mouth and just having it move would have been a lot better than trying to fix a black line that ended up looking to a tally weird!
Like the others says, DO NOT fall for this scam. Absolutely pissed. I wanted to only be charged for however long I wanted it, such as 6 months. It says that they will take $1.50 per MONTH. It took $18 out for the whole year. Don't freaking get it, how can they get away with this bull? Gonna try to dispute due to false advertising.
I've used and enjoyed JibJab. And hate saying good bye but my frustration trying to use it today was too frustrating to continue. Maybe in the future if it improves I'll be back but for now I'll just tell my friends happy birthday and other such
I made a Jib-Jab cartoon of my buddy that happened to totally be so related to who he is as a Father, and yet be soo funny. He said his whole family really loved it, especially with his actual face in the cartoon, not a drawing!
JibJab's are fun to receive and even more to create your own to send to family and friends. My first use was, and still is, a success. I created a Xmas greeting for our grandchildren who, after years they still play it and laugh along. Simple, affordable, and fun! Try it, you'll like it!
Unfortunately, this app does not allow me to attach a copy.
I have been using several of the E Cards over the past couple of years. The
JibJab presentation beats the opposition by a country mile. Keep up the good
Work and you you will surely prosper, and the price is most affordable. I know where my greetings will be coming from in the future.
Kindest Regards.
Overall very good thanks and fairly easy to use!
Would like to see a few more Christmas choices both music wise, i. E. traditional tunes rather than more modern or rap, and perhaps eventually a couple more stories/dances suitable for non-snow climates. Some current choices I would have liked to try were restricted to 5 people so could not use for 4 or less people!
It'd be nice if you gave 2 choices to form face shapes... the current way and an advanced way (in the past, we were able to set "points" to shape the face). Another system I miss is ordering "a la carte". $18 a year is a lot of money when I order only 2 videos.
Once I figured out how to work the faces so the mouths opened okay, the videos looked better. Editing is not easy... I haven't found a way to go back, rather than starting over. But once you have it figured, the cards are fun yo watch
JibJab is now my place to go for birthday cards, special holidays and just because. I'm a geezer and have always sent cards through the mail but when something like this comes along that is so fun for everyone, you just got to go with it.
I made a father's day card and wanted to buy it on its own or pay for a month - at the till I signed up and then found out a year's subscription of $18 came out immediately, I mailed customer services and it was refunded in 2 days which was very fair.
I've seen lots of them. My kids love it!
I love the 80's and 90's pop stuff.
I wonder are you able to adjust the face dimensions and mouth movements to allow a pet to be used? As their faces, eg a dog or cat are very long compared to human ones...
Jib Jab has one of the most fun products on the web. The cards are a blast, and your friends and family will share them with others. If you subscribe to it, you get real value. If you need to make changes to your subscription, it is super easy. They earn every twinkle in the 5 stars I gave them!
I needed something special to lift my brother's spirit and jibjab filled the bill, but this is an expensive service for one card. The editing is harder than it should be too. Of course, i can use it many more times during my year, but I probably won't. It would be nice if you could pay $6 for one card.
You pay to set up an account and can not access your saved heads to us that have been saved to your account. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card because there is no help option and no one will respond. Cute idea very poor execution.
I would pay more per card if you had a per-card fee option. As it is, I'm kind of annoyed that I have to do a yearly subscription for $18; I only want a couple cards a year (birthdays). Also not clear if it's $1.50 per month or $18 flat fee. If former and I can cancel with only $1.50 charged per month I use it, great (though as stated, is pay more - up to $5/card - if that option existed). I suspect you get many who do it then cancel, so you get $0, rather than those like me who'd rather pay for a single card than a subscription.
I had hope to download te videos, but I can't
I really would like my money refund. The program is fine but it will be great if you can download I don't understand why I paid for? Just to put faces and see them online? I m not agree
I had JibJab for quite some time however decided to cancel due to my not using it to often.
When i emailed the company they took care of my cancellation immediately and refunded the amount for my last month with them.
To bad other companies don't follow suit.
Thank you immensely JibJab.
I will certainly use you again when ready!
I've used JibJab for a couple of years now; what a great resource. They have animated card templates for most occasions and it's easy to use. Everyone loves receiving them. You can also share them on Facebook so everyone can enjoy them and see how thoughtful you are :)
Loved the final result but found it frustrating that after putting together a production we were told we had to renew our membership to continue. That was understandable but when we did renew, all the work we did was lost and we had to start over.
Also did not realise that by renewing we automatically went on a renew annually program through our Paypal account. I would have preferred the options be more upfront so we could renew for one year instead of signing up indefinitely.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to help@jibjab.com with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
Answer: No more than 30 min. Had to find and edit my pictures that I used.
