I love JibJab! I have such fun making silly things to send to family and friends. My reason for four stars rather than five is that I can't go back and tweak a face I've already set up. And I can't figure out how to delete ones I've had to do again, although there's probably a way to do it, and my 6-year-old great-grandson could probably show me! But it's still loads of fun.
Jib-Jab is so user-friendly. I do not consider myself computer savvy and I love making cards on the Jib-Jab site. It's just the best type of personalized card to send. The music background is always top notch. Keep up the good - no GREAT work.
I have been a long term JibJab member and am disappointed with the infrequency at which new cards are introduced to the site. One fairly quickly runs through the material and has to turn to other sources for cards. Will probably not renew membership.
I wasted my time building a card to be told only at the very end that I had to pay $18 to do anything with it. I saw the "$1.50 per month" thing and thought, OK, thats fair, $1.50 per card. NOPE. They will only bill you $18 for an annual subscription, There is no "monthly" charge or fee, They LIE LIE LIE and try to scam people after they've spent their time, figuring they will sucker enough people... STAY FAR AWAY! (like every other review here says! Go figure!)
Great sight really enjoyed it only problem is they need to state the $2 is a weekly fee taken all at once as a yearly subscription and not a weekly one. Small print too small I couldnt see it even with my glasses on.
My family had fun taking pictures and placing them into your videos. We wish we would have more time to do this because for some of the pictures it was a little time consuming making the faces just right. The final product was funny!
Although I only used it for a short time it was really neat and fun. But I really appreciated them quickly answering my request for cancelation with urgency. If you are someone who likes to send unique cards this is the app for you.
I loved the concept, I wanted to join but thought I was paying for one month. I am on a fixed income and every penny counts. When $18.00 was taken out it caused a domino effect and I have many $35.00 charges that has plummeted me into no money for food, or gas, or paying the electric bill. I tried to contact them immediately and I could not reach anyone to quickly put the $18.00 back.
It was very difficult choosing a clip which suited everyone in the office and which would be suitable to our clients. The choice was much better a few years ago. Many of them are just to SILLY which suit the younger generation I suppose but not a work environment. A lot of companies like to send these out these days as it is a fun way to show who works behind the scenes in a company to the clients and suppliers. Need more company appropriate choices.
I've been a paying member for a couple of years now. This is a very straight up easy to navigate and use site. Everyone I send these cards to gives me positive feedback. They love the cards and think I'm oh so clever! I've taught other family members how to use the site and sometimes I spend hours with the kids creating new cards for them to star in. FUN, FUN, FUN! Never boring. Highly recommend.
Found the procedure really easy to follow, my only disappointment is the lack of choice, really wanted a video clip singing Happy Birthday hence limited to what clip was appropriate.
Family loved the one we chose.

I have so enjoyed seeing the darling things from JibJab on Facebook from my friends. I went on their site to get it downloaded but I didn't realize I was signing up for monthly membership fees. When I contacted JibJab they were very understanding and resolved my problem in minutes. Such a great and fun site and wonderful people to work with..
Have enjoyed quite a few e-cards and video fun over the last few years. The yearly fee was nothing for all the joy Jib Jab gave me, my family and friends over these years. This year, I needed assistance for reasons I'll keep personal, however, the customer service for this company were outstanding. Sometimes it's the little things that make a huge difference. Thank You Jib Jab!
Had an issue with my subscription but it was taken care and handled promptly. Way sooner than I expected and they went out of their way to make things right. Completely satisfied with he app and the team behind it.
Everything is fine, nice and funny. I haven't been logged in for long time from Xmas 2015 and all my saved videos and heads just disappeared from my jib jab account. I am member since Jan 2012. Where are they?
I selected a dance jib jab, it was priced a couple of dollars, l went to PayPal to agree to pay, only to find out soon after that l had elected to take up a far more expensive yearly membership that auto renews, cancelled that arrangement after some time trying to navigate around PayPal. You need to be clearer about the fact that a single purchase leads to a full membership that is not needed in my case.

We were recognizing our pastor for his anniversary. I was disappointed that there were no religious or church related material. It would be nice if you would add that to your selections. Recognitions of all kinds would be great also.
Delivery of cards very slow. Of the first four I have sent only one has been delivered and that was the first. Have I missed something here? Is there an additional fee for each card? Please advise me.

I had to discontinue my dad's JibJab account today. He hasn't used in a LONG time due to his health. We didn't even know he still had the account until we noticed the annual renewal payment on his credit card. He asked me to cancel it and when I did, I also asked for a refund. I figured it didn't hurt to ask. I got a response back very quickly that said he would get his refund in 3 to 5 days. JibJab brought my dad a LOT of fun times when he was able to still use it and if we ever need their services again, we won't hesitate to sign up. Thanks again to Heather at JibJab!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
