Mrs Heather was simply great helping me to discover a fraudolent activity on my card. She gave me a big help in not loosing money and gave me important informations and suggestions.
Sent 3 cards and she loved all three, especially the roller girl, as she is a rollerderby pro! Looking forward to sending other fun cards to her and my other family members.
Me and my kids have had a lot of fun with this. I found it easy to upload pictures and create amusing videos.
Occasionally it seems to freeze and I click back and try again.
I saw an ad and thought it was cool. I made my Jib Jab and I kind of already knew I would have to pay for it at the end. It informed me that it would be about $1. I thought to myself, "hmmm... that's not bad". So I went ahead with the purchase.
A few days later, I checked my card account (because it's Christmastime and I needed to see how much money I had to spend on gifts.) I saw a $20 charge from Jib Jab. I was going to call Jib Jab and complain about it but when I logged in, I realized that they charged me $20 for the whole year. (Why would anyone want to Jib Jab for the whole year?!)
I didn't want to go through the hassle of customer service so I just left it alone. The deed was done. I unenrolled in autopay. I won't be renewing my Jib Jab next year. I hope that $20 was worth it. As fun as Jib Jabs are, it's not worth having their hands in my pocket!
Oh, and you also have to pay to download/save your Jib Jab! You can only "share" it. Then when you share it, it links you to the Jib Jab website... so you can't even literally watch it on Facebook (like YouTube videos). *sigh*
The recipient of my ecard could see the attachment but was unable to view the video.
It was very unclear as to whether I was opening an account that would involve payment or was free.
I had a lot of fun picking a fun birthday card for my daughte which she got on time :) And had a lot of giggles :) Everything was really simple to get this accomplished. Thank you.
I have used your site for years under different users and made countless videos for Christmas parties and birthdays at the last 4 companies I have worked for. For that you get 5 stars.
BUT, the cost of $1.99 for a download that is only SD quality, knowing that ALL TVs today are at a minimum of 720p and most at 1080p means that I have to scale the videos up 300% to make them usable on todays standard TVs. This is pathetic. At least give us the renderings at 720p so it's an HD quality that can then be scaled only 150% and still look good at 1080p. Welcome to 2017 Jibjab, it's time to get out of the 90s in image quality. 1 star for this.
Had you had at least 720p, I would have given 4-5 stars.
Oh, and I have had to download a couple videos several times costing more, since the face did not render to the action in the video properly. One I bought twice and still is not accurate... oh well, party is tonight and your support team has yet to respond to my ticket about this. 2 stars for that.
Was a bit disappointed that I couldn't see the finished product BEFORE the purchase. Otherwise, it's okay. Price is a little high for a online service that can be replicated elsewhere.
It wasn't clear enough that I would be billed for an entire year as the ad at the top of the page only listed the per month fee. I thought I would be billed monthly and could cancel any time.
I love JibJab and I've found something unique for every occasion on top of that outstanding customer service efficient courteous professional

I have never heard of or used JibJab yet they have billed my credit card. When I called to dispute, I got someone from India who spoke horrible English that I could not understand. He insisted I give him my address and credit card number. I told him he already has my credit card number because he charged my credit card AND I WOULD NOT GIVE IT OVER THE PHONE, so I told him to refund my credit card billing. He refused and hung up. THIS JIBJAB SCAMMED ME!
I use jib jab every year for our holiday announcement and I don't see that tradition ending anytime soon.
WOULD like it if all Christmas/Holiday themes were out by Thanksgiving.
I was pleased with the made to order card when completed. However, when it posted to Facebook, it was a closed envelope not even showing the recipient name, but advertising your company, I had to repost adding the caption HAPPY BIRTHDAY SARAH which was already inside the card, she would have had no reason to open the card as it was sent, also ther was no option for posting the card to her timeline.
I was surprised of how fast and easy it was to cancel my account with jibjab I forgot I had the account that I don't use so it's no reason to pay for and jibjab understood that thanks
I loved Jibjab and even my grandbabies laughed lots even when helping take care of me with cancer... Everyone needs to smile more and with Jibjab they can...
Had a great time capturing just the right expressions and matching to JJ ecards over the holidays. Got a bunch of laughs and comments from family and friends.
Couldn't stop smiling - during my creation of a fantastic birthday card for a dear friend, nor during all interactions with hi jab staff.

The new version of movement of mouth/lipps of "my heads" shows bad looking black holes only. In the past it was possible to design it nicely and personally
I signed up for the $1.50 a month program and it was not clear to me (probably in fine print) that I was going to pay for a one-year subscription of $18. I feel I got scammed.

I could not have access to all my pictures on facebook so it was a frustrating expieerence to obtain the photos I needed for jib jab otherwise it was good and the family I sent to enjoyed
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
