JibJab

Someone sent me a jibjab of Star Wars and it was so cute I couldn't resist but watch it over and over. I'm not even a big star wars fan. Very fun site, I might just make a few of these on my own.

I have sent about three jibjabs I made a couple of mistakes on the first two with the email address but I corrected this and I then sent three separate ones I have checked with the people concerned and they have not received them there email addresses are correct please advice thank you Hilda Smith

I had a problem with my membership. From the FAQ page I contacted customer services. The reply I reciieved, was prompt concise and extremely helpful. Problem solved. Thank you

I was disappointed that I couldn't preview any video before being introduced to the subscribe screen. I won't be renewing. All the dances are basically the same, gets boring.

It was easy to create the fun video, although it took a few tries for the photo to upload properly on mobile device. Loved it! Good selection of songs.

I am very unhappy with my experience with JibJab, my father in law never received his Father's day card. He looked in his junk/spam and it wasn't there either.

Very disappointed, we all have friends that are part of LGBT community yet there are no themes that we could use to send to them... get with the times...

See title line. Built, bought and sent an e-card and it was never delivered to the intended recipient. It was a valid email address.

Canceled subscription as a result.

Could have more choices of videos to play around with. But very funny. My girlfriend and I have alot of fun putting our faces and friend faces on there.

I have had so much fun now that's have figured it out. I'm actually getting non stop requests..."oh. Make one about me, makes one about me"! Haha love it.

JibJab is First Class operation. I sent a request to them and they handled it very professionally and very promptly. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Just used JibJab to send a Valentine Day Card to my 6 year old grandson. He loves JibJab for all occasions. I will be using the program throughout the year to celebrate all occasions.

My payment seemed to not go thru although I had an email confirmation. Jib Jab was on the job instantlyj and made it possible to make my video right away. Thanx Jib Jab.

I created a fun card for my father for Fathers Day. When I realized I chose the wrong payment option, I reached out to the customer support team and they fixed the problem immediately!

Love JibJab and the people behind it. They refunded my money no problem. I forgot I had the account and wasn't around to play with it. But, I'll be back someday. Hope they will still be around.

I found it to be abit confusing as to how to change or adjust characters.
It also appeared that even though I have a yearly subscription I was limited in the number of times I could view it.

Why send the usual eCards when you can make them personal and fun? That's my reason for going JibJab. It's as much fun to make as it is to receive them. I chuckled my way throughout the process...

A great site to bring so much fun and laughter. Hope to get to use much more content. Great value for what the annual cost is. Very easy to use and i would highly recomend trying it out.

The Birthday JibJab Video created for my mum is hilarious, and will appeal to my 82-year-old parents and the 20-something grandkids. When does that happen these days? Thank you for the platform...
