I could not get anything to work, other people tried to get it to work on my iPad, nothing would happen, so, I choose not to have something that does not work on my device!
I have had so much fun creating cards with Jib Jab! Fun to do cards and fun to receive cards. My son and his family look forward to getting these amazing, funny cards.
Website does not function well... finally after many tries was able to send one video but took to many tries to do so... Richardson a second video cord. Too many tries.
We used to be able to download the videos I would like to be able to do that again. It is better for being able to show the cards when there is no Internet access (like at the cottage).
IT IS SO MUCH FUN CREATING THE CARDS. I JUST NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO TAG PEOPLE IN THE CARD SO IT SHOWS UP ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE. I SHARE ON FACEBOOK BUT THE PEOPLE i WANT TO GET THE CARD DO NOT GET IT.
The birthday card I chose to send was very, very funny. The opera singer was ridiculous and I especially liked the explosion and his black face at the end.
The experience was OK. Doubt I would use the service again and, therefor, would like to stop whatever subscription to the JibJab service I have. Please confirm.
I love sending the cards to family and friends to brighten their day and make them laugh! The best part is being able to add faces to the cards I send!
I was concerned that my credit card information had been sent to a different email recipient before I was able to recognize that my email address was not updated.
I sent a message to customer service and within an hour they had resolved my problem, sent an email and refunded my account! I have never had such a positive customer service experience.
JibJab is very easy to use and a lot of fun sending to friends and family. There is a very good selection of cards and videos to choose from and very easy to personalize and send via email.
Have not been able to log on since I signed up 8 days ago. Have emailed you several times! YOUR SOLUTIONS HAVENT WORKEDI made a video for my boyfriend for valentine's day, he is out of the country and I couldn't even send it! I have asked for a refund a few times STILL HAVEN'T SEEN IT!

I love these jib jab videos but they took out my favorite videos. They update new videos but they took out the ones that hooked me on this site. Like the Star Wars videos and baseball ones too.
Recipients of my email easter card to them... never received them.
They searched spam folders, in folders and neither of them received. Very disappointing.
I ask for a refund and I had a reply within 24 hrs. Within another 24 hrs. My refund was granted and on its way without delay. Contacts were very friendly and effective.
I wanted to be able to download the videos to keep forever. I Know I can download them if I want to pay $1.99 per every little video. I feel this to much to ask from a member.
Absolutely not able to make a video right! Have watched and listened to multiple tutorials and still can not make a mouth to be opened right. Want to cancel my subscription.
A friend sent me a card and it arrived a day early. I sent a friend a birthday card in the morning and requested to "send now" and it arrived about 8 hours later.
I tried everything I could see to include a message. I could not send, then I tried to just send... no luck. After an hour, I ran out of time with no cards sent.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
